I am going to college and I needed a car. My dad told me to do a research online and found cars.com. After just a couple of minutes I found MY PERFECT option and called North Audi Houston to get more information regarding the vehicle. Will picked up the phone, and from his very first words, I perceived their EXCELLENT customer service. When we test drove the car we noticed that the seat belts and rug were a little dirty. Will and Ray did not hesitate and offered us every service possible. Customers service, buying process, quality of repairs, and facilites, were beyond excellent. We went to Audi Sugar Land to look at a pre-owned car and were surprised by the courtesy and service Ty and the team provided. Everyone was incredibly friendly and courteous. We ended up buying our oldest child's first car the same day in a short time. They had so many sales that day it took longer to prep the car for delivery than it took to close the sale and sign all the papers. This is the 3rd Audi I've purchased from Audi Central Houston and this experience was by far the best. There's a reason Yuri Poshumensky is the top Audi salesperson in the country. I wasn't easy to deal with as I couldn't decide whether to lease or purchase the 2024 Silver Audi S7 shown below. I opted to lease it and then a few days later decided to purchase it and Yuri made this process seamless. Yuri also worked with the USAA reps to get the car unleased from Audi Financial and purchase financed with USAA. And best of all, Yuri arranged for me to keep my A7 trade in after the deal was done and then got me a loaner while I was having my car ceramic coated/PPF/wheels painted black...He also set it up where I could retain my previous Tx plates. His team of Oscar Maradiaga and Jonathan Harris are what really made this buying process special. This is my third Audi 7 series, but I had never bothered to get assistance learning how to setup the MMI and such properly. Oscar and Jonny have happily assisted me on repeated trips back (and I'm sure I'll be bugging them again soon). I can't tell you how much I enjoyed working with them. They were by far the best sales support team I've encountered in all my vehicle purchases over the last 30 years.
