My service rep, Robert, isrhoeough and professional. I appreciate the service tech-savvy video of the undercarriage of my vehicle. The dealer's push to sell other available services was a bit much.

I recently purchased a Q5 and had an absolutely great experience! My sales person took his time explaining the vehicle and the options. He was very virtuous and my wife and I enjoyed talking with him and felt no pressure to purchase. He took his time as well as listening to our wants. I would very highly recommend doing business with this dealership. We were both very satisfied with his professional handling of the purchase and his taking the time to answer our questions.
