My sales advisor was Geoff Lemme, he was very professional, polite and patient. He handled all my concerns that I pointed out on a 2019 BMW X5. So far the X5 performs beauifully. I'm still having problems setting up the person profile, no one was their who could show me how to operate those features.So I read the owner manual and reviewed some videos on-line to assist me. I will contact customer service if I continue to have problems with this feature. Now I highly recommend Geoff Lemme because he was very knowlegable about the X5. All in all I am very pleased and satified with my X5 a lot to learn about this BMW product. Remember if you have any concerns " Just Ask Geoff" he will handle them for you. He doesn't meet the expectation he exceeds it. Thanks Geoff for a wonderful buying experience.
2018 Audi Q7 2.0T Premium review
A total beast
I can tow 7700 pounds and haul 7 passengers. Sure the 3rd row seat is small, but so are kids, who would be riding back there anyway. Way better value than a Suburban- and does almost all the same things only better- if you need to tow something large, you have to consider this option. The interior finishings are truly German Luxury.

While visiting our daughter from out of town my husband
While visiting our daughter from out of town my husband was looking for a truck. With two days remaining before we were to leave to come back to NE my husband found a truck at Car Mart that checked all the boxes. He spoke with Jimmy and confirmed some information and we went for a test drive. There was a little rotor noise and the two rear tires were quite worn. When we let Jimmy know about those concerns he had it pulled into their shop, they fixed the rotor and put two new tires on the vehicle on the spot. We bought it and our real "test drive" was our 1200 mile return trip to Nebraska. Our experience was wonderful and I would recommend CarMart, and Jimmy in particular to anyone shopping in the Manassas area.

This is my first experience with Audi and I am extremely happy with this beautiful SUV. The ride is quiet and comfortable and the power and acceleration are impressive. I find myself going to the store for no reason and a recent drive to visit my parents 400 miles away went quickly thanks to the massaging seats and powerful Bose stereo. Very happy so far with my Q7.

Just recently purchased a Nissan Kicks at the Independence CarMax, we had previously purchased a Nissan Sentra {about 2 weeks prior) but we found it eventually getting into the vehicle difficult for the age as I am getting older (seventies in my case) the Kicks we have now is a wonderful vehicle. Rick Gross was our salesperson. He did a wonderful job explaining every aspect of our purchase. Matthew and Sharon handle the financial side of our purchase and also was clear on 30-day refund policy and purchase of our Kicks. I would highly recommend this CarMax in Independence; they took time to give us peace of mind on our new Nissan Kicks.
