Most reliable van I’ve owned

This van has met all my needs and even given me more. Great ride and awesome room. Very dependable. Best vehicle that I’ve ever owned. Thank you Carsense for helping us choose the right vehicle for the needs of the family. It’s been great!

We love our Sienna!

We've had our Sienna for about 5 years now. It has been a very reliable vehicle. It's now 8 years old and we are confident it will go many more years. The exterior still looks great, not at all outdated!

Not as reliable as I hoped

Great for the first 100k miles. Since then, here are the issues We've experienced: - window stripping both front windows - both airbags recalled - both sliding doors recalled - gas cap door recalled - Expecting more recalls to come Also, burns 75k mile warranty tires in 24k miles, will need tires every two year no matter how you drive it. All wheel drive is good. But, if I did not live in Northeast, I'd go with the Honda, too many recalls and Toyota dealers will never offer loaner cars or any other assistance to help with the massive inconvenience.

Met my Goals

Very impressive styling with maximum utility. Great sense of safety & comfort. This vehicle has more than my basic options that I was searching for. The purchase was compelling due to the quality of the used vehicle on today's market.

Reliable, beautiful van!

I absolutely love my new van!! I went out of my price range as I travel A LOT but it was so worth it! My kids and I couldn't be more thrilled with our new van from the smooth ride to the ample room inside. This thing is a rock and I'm so glad Sarah was able to help achieve my goal of owning this beautiful van!

Nice and Reliable

Have the XLE model. The ideal vehicle for our large family (4 kids). Makes life easier. The 2012 is one of the many years that my consumer reporting magazine says is recommended for reliability.

My second Sienna. 260,000 miles on my first Sienna

Extremely reliable and inexpensive to operate. Very quiet and surprisingly responsive/peppy. The only weakness is the fragile front bumper plastic cover that cracks easily when it encounters even smaller pieces of snow or ice in sub-zero temps.

Better to drive than most minivans

I've been happy with my Sienna overall. Driving it, it has more of a car feel than a small bus feel like most minivans. It pretty nimble and yet spacious. All of the bells and whistles are working without a hitch at 65000 miles and aside from the leather sheen changing a bit, there's nothing on the vehicle that feels worn. With a family of 5, this thing can take a battering of regular use without issue (at least thus far)

Most reliable, versatile vehicle I've ever owned.

This is the best minivan you can buy. It rides like a car and holds more than a Suburban. 7 adults can ride in comfort. 3 car seats can fit side-to-side in the 8-passenger model. I've owned two Siennas over the past 14 years and not one day in the shop for any mechanical failure. Sold my 2004 Sienna with 240k miles and everything still worked. Selling my 2012 Limited with 125k miles and all the bells and whistles still working. Great car if you're in that stage of life when you have to drive a minivan.
