Exceptional Handling

Handles better than any compact car I've driven excluding Porsche 718 Cayman. Handles well at low and high speeds. Corners great. Good acceleration and passing speed. Awesome sports car for under 25k!

Dangerous! Makes you want to speed up a mountain!

First, expect to be on display. Everyone checks out this car going down the road. Only 2000 made by Subaru and Toyota. Best Sports Car with a low price. Positive steering, paddle shifting and automatic. Only problem is there aren’t many places to really see the performance without a ticket! Hate to sell it but I want a camperized van to move to N. Carolina in.

The fuel economy is great.

Beautiful look on the outside and wonderful sporty feel from the inside. Excellent handling and It's very fun to drive but sadly I must let go. This car is for Japanese car enthusiasts or people that enjoy a sporty driving experience while saving gas!

One of the coolest cars I own

The car by itself is not made for family or daily driving in my personal opinion. But as a teenager who owns it I got to say that this is by far the best car for its price. It’s great for somebody who just wants to have fun and go down the road enjoying a sports car that doesn’t drain them for a lot of money! I would not recommend that you put some inside the backseat. But I would recommend this car for somebody who wants to have fun driving I want to have a blast in a sports car

Fun Car

Reliable , good looking sport car. Good platform for customization. Good drifting car . if you are looking for straight line drag racing this is not for you as even mini van can beat you in that

Great first car

This car has really been a great car to own and a blast to drive, and there is always more to do because of the variety of aftermarket parts you can buy

3 yr owner... The most reliable (sports) car

Only regular maintenance completed at manufacturer recommended intervals. From 23k to 80k miles ownership and the car never let me down. The only time the check engine light came on, was around 78k miles and needed fuel sensor replacement.

Fun Enthusiasts Vehicle

I love my Scion Fr-s, I daily drove it for 2 years through Ohio winters. It gets good gas mileage, is very stylish as well as being very predictable when it does lose traction (in the snow). It's one of the better handling vehicles for it's price and has a plethora of aftermarket support, which makes repairs and upgrades cheaper. The biggest negative of my 2015 Fr-s is storage, if you're going off to college or plan to move soon, don't expect to move a lot in this car, a normal tote is too tall for the trunk, other than that, it's awesome, the 6 speed manual feels very crisp and the steering in great. Handles turns great, is not a fast straight line car by any means. Only reason I'd don't daily mine anymore is because I went turbo.
