New tires, brakes and rotors after 8000 miles!!!

Took my 2018 MB AMG GLE 63s into Dealership for the vehicles yearly maintenance. I bought the maintenance package, so they told me the service was free. (Don't buy maintenance package as I found I paid way more than the maintenance cost for the A service cost). After an hour of so the Service guy calls and says all 4 of your tires are worn, and your brake pads are almost gone. He said for the car to ride smooth you need to replace the rotors too! I said at 8000 miles, I have never heard of all these items needing replacing. He said when you buy a 125,000. car you need to plan to spend money to keep the vehicle up and 4000. wasn't so much based on the cost of the car. A couple months earlier I took my AMG to the Mercedes dealer I bought car from due to leaky tire. They said I had to buy a new tire they didn't like fixing those tires as they were not made to repair. They said the other tires and brakes were just fine. But apparently 1000 miles later, they were all worn. Strange. I spoke with MB dealers across the country and was told that dealership ripped me off.
