Great Choice

Comfortable car!! I purchased my 2016 MKX used and have been very satisfied with my purchase. I have not experienced any mechanical problems with the exception of a $60 vacuum line. The problematic issues that others have mentioned with the Ecoboost, I have not experienced. I change my oil every 4K miles. I’d heard that doing that instead of per Ford’s recommendation can help prevent turbo failures. My MKX has the optional 2.7 Litre engine. Very responsive!! Interior is very comfortable and the car overall is enjoyable to drive. Mileage currently 114,690

Grammy’s cute car.

Love my MKX. My car was in the shop, they gave me an Edge to drive. No comparison. Couldn’t wait to get my car back. Many features others don’t have.

2016 Lincoln MKX Catalytic Converter Issues

Until recently, we have liked out 2016 Lincoln MKX and has been a reliable vehicle. Unfortunately in the past month, we have had to replace both catalytic converters at over $2,000 each. This is my wife’s vehicle and she really enjoyed the remote start feature that came with the Lincoln Way app. In early 2022, Lincoln was requiring a $900 modem upgrade to continue using the app. She decided not to upgrade the modem as long as she could still use the remote start using her FOB which worked fine until the defective catalytic converters started causing the Check Engine light to come on and prevented the ability to remote start the vehicle. The ability to start her vehicle remotely on cold Michigan days is something she really liked. We’ve owned 4 Lincolns in the past 10 years and we have been planning to purchase 2 more in the next few years but this experience may influence us to look at other luxury brands. We’re working with Morrie’s Grand Ledge Lincoln to see if Lincoln will at least give a discount on a modem upgrade given we’ve just spent over $4,000 on replacing two defective catalytic converters.

Dieune Pierre is the best!

I brought this car from Hgreg and Dieune was my salesman. He is a great guy and the best salesman ever and I will be seeing him again.

The car I didn’t know I needed

I did not know what I was looking for when I went shopping for my first car. But when I stepped inside my now Lincoln MKX, I instantly fell in love. By car the most comfortable car I’ve been in, the design is sleek, and I love the amount of space I’m given.

Very sleek, incredible safety features and luxury.

This car has every just feature I could hope for. Lots of legroom in front and back. Sleek style. Has safety features like Kane assist, perpendicular and parallel parking, smart cruise control, heated and air leather seats. Most everything is automatic and has remote start. I was concerned about not having a third toe, but haven’t missed it, loving this car.

Excellent car for price

I had never driven one but after driving, I was really pleased. The weight of the car is important due to Houston being a commuter city; bring a whole new meaning to defensive driving.

disappointed.The. service is the worst possible!I

Far too many ‘recalls’ parts are never ready It must be a challenge to sell this vehicle! Service is the pits! Should have made the vehicle correct the fist time! Sooo Dissapointed!

Fast, beautiful, fun to drive

Although not a lot larger than an MKC we owned, it feels a lot more substantial when driving. The Reserve option feels a lot better than the base model. Very pleasant for long trips.
