I like this SUV. Also likedy 1997 Towncar

I bought my Lincoln MKX 2013 as a certified pre-owned with 14000 miles.Had never any problem, except for the airconditioner went out. It has 64,000 miles to it. Knock on wood that it stays that way. Thank you.

Torque steering

My 2013 MKX requires more effort in steering and navigation. It is not easy to steer, always requires greater effort. Also the headrests in rear interfere with vision inspite the back up camera.

Great SUV.

I had never owned a Lincoln. My wife drove an MKZ sedan which impressed me with reliability and quality. I test drove an MKX and fell in love with it. I've owned it for over two years. It is 9 years old and still drives like brand new. No rattles, shakes, or mechanical problems. It still looks brand new too. The way used cars have gone up. I could trade it for what I paid for it 2 years ago.

Most reliable car I've owned

This vehicle met all my needs with style and comfort . Took it home the same day with a oil change at the same dealership .

Close to, if not a Lemon.

I bought the vehicle used from a large national retailer. With 74K miles - (< 800 miles since I owned it), the A/C started blowing hot air out of the driver' side and cool air out the front passenger's side. 3 trips to a local Lincoln dealer of the same national retailer that I purchased the car from and $1500 later, the A/C is working. Although the brakes are apparently fine when inspected, they periodically make concerning noise when braking. Supposedly, there is nothing that can be done about it. I wish the front seats would slide back further to better accommodate longer legged drivers / passengers in the front seats. The plastic "chrome" Lincoln marque in the middle of the steering wheel has faded through the chrome to a yellowed plastic color. In order to replace it, you need to spend $400 for a new steering wheel - really not a smart design for the owner.

Most annoying car I have Ever had

So many repairs, the dealership has my vehicle More than I do. Electrical issues, transmission issues... Such a Headache. Sadly, this is the First car I've Ever made payments on. Such a disappointment

BEST PURCHASE

I bought my used certified 2013 MKX 3 years ago and its been a wonderful car. It definitely drives like a luxury vehicle and is spacious inside in comparison to other models I drove. Super easy to maneuver; one drawback it's acceleration. There is a bit of a lag when you punch it.

Great SUV

Good, comfortable car. 67,000 miles without a single problem. Plenty of power, very stable. Versatile. Fold down the back seats and have tons of room for dog and stuff.
