Very unsafe! A lawsuit waiting to happen!

We took delivery of our 2020 Aviator in late January of this year. This is my wife's car , and all of her driving is done in the city. The best gas mileage she has had is 13.1 mpg. Way below what Lincoln said it would be! Her fuel range is around 200 miles per fill up. The car was delivered to our house with 4 bolts a 2 plastic snaps missing from the left front inner wheel well. That tells me that there is no quality control checks at the factory. Within a few weeks of ownership, the alarm starting going off, sending a message to our phone that the rear lift gate was trying to be opened. This was fixed by a "software update" at the dealership. The cooled seat don't cool, although the dealership tells us they in working order. The biggest problem with the car is, sometimes when we put the car in reverse, and start to back out of our driveway, there is no travel in the brake pedal, and when we apply a little pressure to the petal, they lock up immediately. The parking brake is not on. Took it back to the dealer to have this problem fixed. They told us they couldn't reproduce the problem. We told them this is a serious safety concern and that we did feel safe drive the car. They said they understood, but there is nothing they can do. I told them that I would then have to contact the state lemon law to get my money back. They said that was fine and would help with that in any way they could. They were completely uninterested in trying to put any effort in fixing this problem! Hopefully with less than 3K miles on the car, we will be able to get a full refund.

We just purchased our Aviator.

We just purchased the Lincoln Aviator and we have only 800 miles on it. We were looking at a new Lincoln or Cadillac and tested all models of both manufacturers. We have owned several Cadillacs, but I must say that at this point in time Lincoln has left Cadillac behind in design, comfort and technology. So far we’re very pleased.

I am loving my new Aviator

This car is perfect for a grandmother of 6. There is great comfort, more than I’ve had in any car, and the perfect size for zipping around San Antonio. The dealership at NPL was so clean and sanitized and the salespeople were wearing masks and gloves! Go to Casper Kasperski because he will work to help you.

This is the first SUV I have owned.

Nicely styled, beautiful interior, very comfortable seats . Options abound and incredible ride. Twin turbos and 400 hp doesn't hurt the excitement factor either! I resisted SUVs for years in favor of sedans, but I am pleased way beyond expectations. This was a gift for my wife, now I'll have to be extra nice so I can drive it too!

What's that xxxx noise?

I purchased a brand new Lincoln Aviator Black Label and from the very beginning there is this odd noise coming from the front passenger side. Definitely rotational, It's been to the dealer twice. After rotating tires, checking alignment, spin balancing and a new wheel bearing the noise is still there. I knew better than to buy a first generation car for $80,000.

Several issues with the car

This car hasn't turned on in my garage and in the streets at least 6 times, have not been able to use, and everytime it goes to the shop to "fix it", it stays the same. Terrible reliability, cannot afford to use at any moment know due to being concerned over a possible shutdown of the car. And this all happened in 2 months after acquiring the car.

Great Vehicle!

This suv screams luxury. Lincoln hit it out of the park with this one. It is fun to drive and makes you feel like you are sitting in your favorite recliner.
