I spent my money for the xxxx

This is the worst car I ever purchased. My Tesla X had almost 3 month to repair after someone hit my back. So I decide to sell it then purchased a 2020 Aviator after I reviewed more than a week. First few weeks, I was so happy because it was so fun and comfortable to drive. Lane Keep and auto pilot was make me easy to drive. But after 2 month, I start to have a small issue on my car. 1. The Foot activate tale gate is not working. 2. Lane Keep is Not working. 3. I can't trust GPS Navigation. It took me to totally different city when I use the Navigation. After 3 month, I can't open the door form inside. The door switch was not working. I called to the dealer I purchased from but the dealer said they lost Lincoln franchise ship. So I have to find another Lincoln dealer. It take 3 days to get appointment then I spent an hour at the service lounge. I have returned for nothing because they don't have a part . Another week later, the passenger side door is not working and I called the dealer again to order one more part for the other door. I waited 2 more days but NO ONE call me then I called again 3 days later. Finally I got the answered from the dealer. The parts has been in back order so I have to wait a month or month half. This is a domestic car and a Luxury brand new car. I spent over $83,000

Worst Car i've ever owed!

My buying this Lincoln Aviator has been the worst and most unpleasant experience that I have ever had. If you are looking at buying this product, I recommend for you to run away, get out of there. after the first 24 hours i experienced issues as clunky noises from the car and brake vibration, gas tank issues. it has 1500 miles and has been in for service 4 times and over 2 months . the customer service is terrible all they say is we apologize over and over without really helping you - never will i take a Lincoln car in my life! Every other week i seem to have new issues with this vehicle!!

Most problems experienced from a new vehicle

Beautiful design, ride, and comfort features. Front seats have too narrow a cushion. Worst of all, this vehicle has had many many factory problems including camera issues and suspension issues. Lincoln concierge is a joke. Wait a couple years before buying this model as there are clearly factory problems that are going unsolved. Sad.

Stinkin' Lincoln

My car has 4000 miles on it, it is in for its 6th repair. The electronics malfunction, the car leaks profusely from the sun roof. while in reverse the car will intermittently shut off. The passengers in my car cannot get out of the car from the inside, a bystander must open the doors from the outside or you will be stuck in the car. The dealership says this vehicle is a known lemon. Yet Lincoln Gervais will not back its product and the sales Manager is useless

The worse car I’ve ever owed

I’ve owned the car for roughly 7 months and it’s literally been in the shop for 2 months. Center console had been replaced, the sensors going crazy, and now the front strut has gone out. This car is a joke and customer service is even worse. All they can do is apologize and say they’ll fix the issue but the issues keep piling on. To top it off the loan we had overheated on the busy intersection of our city and it took over an hour for the dealership to get a tow truck. Last domestic vehicle I’ll ever buy. In sticking with Toyota. 2020 Lincoln Aviator Black Label

Auto heat & air conditioning control failure

When the outside temperature is close to the inside temperature you have to turn off the auto switch to control the heat or air , as you will either be too cold or too hot, the temperature will not adjust on auto when the inside / outside temperature are only different by 1 or 2 degrees,

Very unsafe! A lawsuit waiting to happen!

We took delivery of our 2020 Aviator in late January of this year. This is my wife's car , and all of her driving is done in the city. The best gas mileage she has had is 13.1 mpg. Way below what Lincoln said it would be! Her fuel range is around 200 miles per fill up. The car was delivered to our house with 4 bolts a 2 plastic snaps missing from the left front inner wheel well. That tells me that there is no quality control checks at the factory. Within a few weeks of ownership, the alarm starting going off, sending a message to our phone that the rear lift gate was trying to be opened. This was fixed by a "software update" at the dealership. The cooled seat don't cool, although the dealership tells us they in working order. The biggest problem with the car is, sometimes when we put the car in reverse, and start to back out of our driveway, there is no travel in the brake pedal, and when we apply a little pressure to the petal, they lock up immediately. The parking brake is not on. Took it back to the dealer to have this problem fixed. They told us they couldn't reproduce the problem. We told them this is a serious safety concern and that we did feel safe drive the car. They said they understood, but there is nothing they can do. I told them that I would then have to contact the state lemon law to get my money back. They said that was fine and would help with that in any way they could. They were completely uninterested in trying to put any effort in fixing this problem! Hopefully with less than 3K miles on the car, we will be able to get a full refund.
