Solid Ride. Enjoying it very much.

So far I'm in Love with the Car. Comfortable Tight Vehicle. I gave the Cadillac Escalade a try for years and they just simply disappointed me . QX80 is a winner.

2024 INFINITI QX80 review: Our expert's take

What Is the 2024 Infiniti QX80?

The Infiniti QX80 is a full-size body-on-frame SUV that seats seven with its standard second-row captain’s chairs and eight with an available second-row bench. The QX80 is powered by a 400-horsepower, 5.6-liter V-8 engine that works with a seven-speed automatic transmission. Rear- and four-wheel-drive models are available.

The QX80 competes with the Cadillac Escalade, Lexus LX 600 and Lincoln Navigator. You can see how it scored in our Car Seat Check here.

What’s New on the 2024 Infiniti QX80?

A Dark Chrome Appearance Package, offered on the top-line Sensory trim level, adds dark-chrome exterior trim and black mirror housings. The 2024 model year is the last for the current-generation QX80. An all-new redesigned QX80 — with a twin-turbocharged 3.5-liter V-6 instead of a V-8 — is scheduled to debut for the 2025 model year.

What Features in the 2024 Infiniti QX80 Are Most Important?

Standard features include:

  • 20-inch aluminum wheels
  • LED headlights and taillights
  • Power moonroof
  • Power liftgate
  • Leather-trimmed seats
  • Heated front seats
  • Heated steering wheel
  • Power-folding third row
  • Tri-zone automatic air conditioning
  • 12.3-inch infotainment touchscreen
  • Wireless Apple CarPlay, wired Android Auto smartphone connectivity
  • Wireless charging pad
  • Satellite radio
  • Navigation
  • 360-degree camera system
  • Automatic emergency braking
  • Blind spot warning with rear cross-traffic alert
  • Lane departure prevention
  • Automatic high-beam headlights
  • 8,500-pound maximum towing capacity
  • Self-leveling rear suspension

Available features include:

  • 22-inch wheels
  • Adaptive headlights
  • Ventilated front seats
  • Heated second-row seats
  • Premium Bose sound system
  • Active suspension

Should I Buy the 2024 Infiniti QX80?

The QX80 is upscale, powerful and comfortable, and it offers solid towing capability. The third row is a little cozy for adults, however, and while cargo space behind the third row may be fine for routine errands, it could be tight for long-distance family road trips. The V-8 engine delivers a lot of grunt, but it also uses a lot of gas. The QX80’s aged basic design dates all the way back to the 2011 model year. It feels behind the times in many ways, but good deals may be available given a redesigned 2025 model is on the horizon.
