Ferrari
Founded by racecar driver and designer Enzo Ferrari in 1947, Ferrari today is a publicly traded company that is one of a few manufacturers of ultraluxury supercars. Sometimes mistaken for Lamborghinis, Ferraris are typically curvier and have been designed almost exclusively over the years by Italy's Pininfarina design studio and built in Maranello, Italy.
For wealthy shoppers who are looking for a mix of luxury and speed, the prancing-horse brand offers lusty sports cars like the 296 GTS, 812 GTS, Portofino and Roma. Some Ferraris, such as the SF90 plug-in hybrid and highly limited, hyper-expensive Daytona SP3, ascend to the level of pure supercars. Ferrari also recently shook up its own status quo by introducing the Purosangue, the automaker’s first SUV.
