car has a 2.

car has a 2.8 engine, I do my own maintenance and service, car is now 24 years old, never failed annual M.O.T. test ,have replaced the sills due to corrosion, only failed me once on the road, loose battery connection. (my fault) very reliable a car that can do long journeys with no problems.

Great fun to drive, plenty of power.

I currently own another BMW, have also owned another years ago. All my experience with BMW's has been very good. Very reliable and plenty of power. Always very good service at local dealership. I will purchase another..

Classic Convertible Experience

This vehicle gives all the fun of owning a classic barebones roadster convertible with the amenities of a more modern car with features such as heated seats, traction control, and powered seats.

Realizability and Performance 2nd to none.

This vehicle has been extremely reliable since owning in 2013, garage kept and always has performed season-after-season. The design still turns heads and with excellent gas mileage is very affordable to drive.

Great investment

Bought this almost 20 year old roadster sight-unseen from an out of state dealership. At 20k miles, the car is still like brand new. The build quality is excellent, the car is beautiful and drives fantastic. This is so much more car than any new ones at the same price point or a lot higher. Best value for me of any car I’ve owned and so much fun to drive. Good luck finding one this nice, but they are out there.

Amazing performance and reliability

This car was fun to drive and always got us to our destination, on-time and safe. It does sit low to the ground and is a small car, so a little tight for me as a 6' guy, but still worth the drive. It accelerates fast and can stop on a dime. The trunk has surprisingly amble storage, which makes up for not having back seats.

A true driver's car. Top down fun.

I've owned this Z3 for 3 or 4 years and have found it to be very fun to drive. It's all about the driving experience. It does turn heads but this is secondary to the feeling evoked from handling, engine note (I usually down't even turn on the radio), and feeling the wind in my hair with the top down.

This the best model of the Z3!

The 2.8 Z3, in my opinion, offers the best combination of style, performance, and comfort of the many configurations made over the 5 year production run. The Impala Brown and saddle color interior are stunning. It is so much fun to drive and has been completely reliable.
