Called in for seeing the probability of coming in for

Called in for seeing the probability of coming in for service, the car alerted me that A Service is due. It was Sunday a little after !1am. The phone rang and rang and rang. Finally, someone answered. I asked if I could come in for an A Service - WE DONT TAKE WALK-INs she snapped. I then asked for her name…. Nikita she snapped. We don’t take walk ins on Sundays she repeated. No where on the dealership website says this. In fact the talk about Express Ervice getting you in and out! Not once did she even offer to assist in scheduling a future appointment. What happened to manners? What happened to customer service? What happened to taking hold of a situation and solving it? This is a brand named dealership with a brand named product. However, world class customer service is lacking and terrible. Impossible to even speak with anyone there. I find this appalling am rather disappointed.

Worst dealership ever.

Worst dealership ever. Customer service is F9. Dawit David Getachew the worst branch manager ever. And Nana Gyanifi rudeness to me made me want to dissociate myself from Mercedes. These two should be fired. They are De-branding Mercedes

Absolutely no follow-up.

Absolutely no follow-up. Impossible to reach any service advisor on the phone ….even if is just fro a question or two. Called from the waiting room and still won’t pickup the phone even though they were at their desks! Extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Had the BEST experience here yesterday!

Had the BEST experience here yesterday! Came in to drop off my baby for new tires. Sat down with RHUDY BOTBOL who discovered my appointment wasn't in the system for some reason. Not to worry though, he took care of it all ASAP to include getting me a fabulous loaner! Got a call when it was ready and the loaner handoff was a breeze. Paid for the tires/service, chatted with Rhudy for a bit (super nice guy), grabbed my car and told him I'd be back. Great first experience here! 😄

Exploding Sunroof on 2019 C 300

On Sunday Nov 5th 2023. My Sunroof on my 2019 C 300 exploded. If my shade was not closed, l would have been seriously injured. When l reported and brought my car into the dealership, they seemed un -concern and indicated that they have never seen anything like this It has been over 126,000 Mercedes Benz vehicles of all makes and models that the Sunroofs have exploded. Several Class Action Lawsuits have been filed. I will never do business with them again. They need to assume responsibility for any defects in their vehicles. We pay to much money for them. NEVER GOING BACK/ HORRIBLE USED CAR SALESMEN

TERRIBLE Experience simply inquiring about a USED vehicle at the Alexandria Va location . The used car sales manager was Extremely disrespectful, I literally had to state “thank you for your time” and walk out as he continued to say extremely unprofessional statements towards me. Later that evening I sent an email kindly requesting that they remove me from their callback contact list and they marked the vehicle down and began sending me emails about “come get the car”. More unprofessional messages ensued. I finally had enough and CC”d the General Manager David Johnson but got no response. Nice car but unprofessional/ bad representation for Mercedes Benz. I will no longer take my vehicles to the Alexandria MB.

I had great customer service working with Almas Azimi and

I had great customer service working with Almas Azimi and Jonathan Barrett while purchasing my new Mercedes benz. Jonathan helped me to find the perfect SUV for me and set up my appointment with Almas. Almas was very professional and welcoming to me and my family. He took the time to explain the features and walked me through the purchasing process. He was efficient with the time spent at the dealership. As a busy mom, I am appreciative and am thankful to both of them.

Lost a longtime customer

Been taking my car here for 8 years for service. Even purchased my car from this dealership. I have had issues with them over the years but today put the nail in the coffin to where I will NEVER return. I scheduled my service appointment online (which was a mistake) and requested for a loaner. When I called the dealership the day before my scheduled appointment, because I never received a confirmation, I confirmed the time of my appointment as well as the fact that I would be getting loaner car. The rep on the phone confirmed this for me. When I get to the dealer the day of my appointment, I’m told that I can’t get a loaner for that type of service I was having done. I’m traveling from Waldorf to Alexandria thinking I would get a loaner car so that I could pick up my son on time. Not only is the online scheduling system a waste of time and completely flawed, there was nothing done to accommodate my time or the fact that I received false information. Because of this “rule” about the loaner car, I had to cancel my appointment right there at the dealership because I didn’t have time to wait for the service since I planned my day around having the loaner. This was my last straw with this dealer. I will NEVER be returning. You lost a longtime customer. Shout out to my usual rep Cesar who always looks out for me. Unfortunately he was not there the day of my appointment.
