I have bought many, many vehicles over the years and had

I have bought many, many vehicles over the years and had an experience with this dealer that I had never witnessed before. I spent several days remotely getting information about the vehicle. They sent pictures and videos, etc. and I decided to purchase the vehicle. I sent in an application and got approved for everything, but they wouldn't sell it to me. I had already received approved outside financing and they wanted me to finance with them. That would have been fine if they didn't mark up the rates so much. The rate they offered me was 2 points higher than the rates offered by other dealers. They would not hold the car for me to secure the financing with the lender (something that could have been done in a day or two). This is the first time I have ever worked with a dealer that would not take my money. It was really frustrating and a huge waste of everyone's time. if you don't mind financing with their inflated interest rates then you should be OK, but if you want to use an outside lender then don't bother with this dealership.

Well, the vehicle is still available so I don't know why you couldn't hold it for a couple of days while a customer actually buys it. The dealership was trying to force us into financing with one of your banks at an inflated rate. We did actually end up coming by to look at the vehicle and would have bought it if you hadn't installed mismatched tires. I will never understand why you did that. There are plenty of manufacturers that sell that tire size. 4WD vehicles should not have mismatched tires.

I went in to purchase a car I saw online in their inventory and ended up buying a completely different car. Anthony V. was very helpful and patient with me while I test drove several cars from the Infiniti and Nissan lots before making a decision. He made sure I became a happy customer. Will definitely recommend him.

Very impressed with the operations of Passport Infiniti.

Very impressed with the operations of Passport Infiniti. Worked with sales rep named Mo Omari and he was exceptional. Stayed late for initial meeting to discuss possible purchase and extremely knowledgeable and patient with multiude of questions. Promptly resolved potential roadblocks and walked out with a great car. Highly recommened working with Mo.

Phenomenal experience with the Passport Infiniti team. They ordered a new vehicle for me and not only did it come in exactly as I wanted, but it was early. Underpromised and greatly over delivered, just the way I like it! Anthony Vanchieri was my highly competent and personable salesman — great service from beginning to end. They truly run a first class operation and refreshingly, don’t attempt to gouge you on price.

We had a great experience at Passport Infiniti of Alexandria. We weren’t looking to buy but they made us an offer we could not refuse. Loving our new 2024 QX80. It’s absolutely gorgeous! Our sales rep, Anthony, was AWESOME! He never made us feel pressured. He was very knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and was very patient while we stepped away for lunch to think about his offer. Once we purchased, he made sure the truck was set up and comfortable for our 2 hour drive home. I would definitely recommend Passport of Alexandria and Anthony to anyone looking for a new Infiniti.

Epic failure.

Epic failure. No updates. No timeliness. Lacking in due diligence and knowledge. So called service manager was inexperienced in customer service. The so called manager that did reach out after I wrote something just wrote a general apology that their HR person would write for them. Nothing that gives a hint of real accountability or care. Your run of the mill apology. Insulting.

Where do I start.

Where do I start... The sales process was just fine. They were very attentive but that's expected to make a sale. The finance part was a joke. The finance guy took all of my info and then disappeared and left me waiting for almost 2 hours. Come to find out, he left and went home for the day and never handed me off to anyone else. (who does that). By this time, it was close to closing and the finance person who I was given to work with rushed through the process with me. At the time Infiniti was offering a 4.99% rate and I had to tell him that because he was not aware and tried to give me a higher rate. Granted they make money off of the finance piece but come on, don't be shady! I purchased an additional 3-year extended warranty and was under the impression that that would kick in after the original manufacture warranty and the CPO warranty expired. That doesn't seem to be the case and it was not explained to me at time of purchase! Fast forward 1 year 7 months later...my car was stollen. The insurance company deemed it a total loss and I called the dealership and spoke to Andrew Williams (sales manager) and advised him of what had happened and that I wanted to cancel my (never used) warranty only to be told that they were going to prorate it to the inservice date. WHAT??? The CPO coverage just started, and the extended warranty hadn't even kicked in. That was on June 6th. He requested info that I sent to him the same day. When I followed up a week later because I had not heard back from him, he requested the same info a second time. Although I had already sent it and he confirmed receipt, I sent it again. Today is June 24th and although I have followed up several times, I have not heard a single word from him! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and keep in mind this guy is a manager! I have since filed a complaint with Infiniti consumer affairs regarding my experience with this dealership and my next stop will be the BBB if this is not resolved and my money refunded in full by the end of this week. I considered purchasing another Infiniti Q50, because I did like the car but opted not to because of my experience with this dealership! They not only lost another sale but the lost all of the service that comes with it. Because of this experience with this dealership, I decided to do some research on them and see if others have had similar issues. I found out that the FTC took action against them for some shady behaver that resulted in them having to pay out 3.3 million to customers that they discriminated against and/or charged illegal fees to. I can't say that I am surprised after my dealings with them. If you are in the market for an Infiniti (they are good cars), I recommend that you find another dealership and avoid this one at all costs.
