    Ourisman Chantilly has been servicing my Toyota 4Runner Limited since 2016, and my experience has always been exceptional. This is most welcome and fortunate,... since the service matched that provided by Tustin Toyota in Southern California.

    I was recently in the market for a new truck, selected the Toyota Tacoma Access cab, did my research and found qualified dealers. I spoke to three on the... phone but none had the car I wanted. I decided to visit the showroom with my wife, as we pulled up, I was greeted by Denise who instantly recognized me from my previous two purchases. When I explained my terms, she quickly asked why I changed criteria on my new car (I guess she remembered talking a few weeks back when I have my Highlander in for service). After introductions, she acknowledged that 'my' car was not available but wanted to ensure that I was satisfied with my decision. Within minutes, a truck of similar specifications was out front for a test ride. We took a quick tour and returned to the dealer. Denise found the truck meeting the specifications, we briefly discussed pricing, did a bit of negotiating as I was using a buying service and within minutes, signed transfer paperwork. They found the car I desired. She even assured me that if for some reason we did not like the car, she would handle it. As promised, I got an email two days later (we visited on a weekend and transfers normally occur during the week). The car will arrive today as planned. We confirmed pricing, financing and scheduled an appointment via email. This was the shortest purchase duration ever. I'm confident the balance of the transaction will be flawless as it has in the past. Highly recommended dealership. SAs you know, Toyota's are quality built so my service experience has been limited but always professional.

    We were looking for a used 2018 van, and were very pleased that with Toyota promotions and incentives we were able to get into a brand new van for a... modest amount more. We are very pleased with the product, the sales team, and the patience with which Chuck and Ahmed made us aware of all available alternatives.

    I was pleasantly surprised to get a service appointment on a short notice. Service was completed in a reasonable time. A very nice lady was there was going... around assisting and checking on customers comcerns. I look forward to next appointment.

    James Ridbeck and Mike Hilliard are always so nice and are very professional. My truck is fixed the 1st time. And they applied discounts to the overall... bill. Looking forward to next service with Ourisman.

    The service department was able schedule my vehicle at a time that was good for me. I arrived a few minutes early, they took my car into the service area,... I signed in, asked a couple of questions, which were answered right then, then went to wait in the customer waiting area (with coffee and do-nuts provided), and when the vehicle servicing was complete (I was told ahead of time about how long I would have to wait, and they were accurate within maybe 10 minutes), the service man came and reviewed a few things (good), answered a few more of my questions, and gave me a copy of the paperwork. The three employees I had occasion to speak with were pleasant and, of course, knowledgeable

    Dear sir, madam, My experience with Ourisman Chantilly Toyota was extremely.fabioulous and great. I was thinking, that I was just going to buy a car... and leave. But the staff made me feel that I am in between a valuable bouquet of flowers made of highly qualified and experienced salesmen and management and all worked together to give me one of the best experience in purchasing.... The warm welcome, the smile, the high quality and the professional experience the sales staff and my salesman created this superb experience for me..
