I had given a rating after our 2023 Camry purchase. The dealership got in touch with me and made good of all the complaints I had. This was the worst deal I had seen. The sold a used car and deceptively covered a hole in the carpet. My wife went into finance and they added all sorts to the cost of the car and made it 72 months. Tried to cancel the deal a few minutes after she signed and the finance team said no. Will never refer someone to them.

The dealership itself is great the used car lot had a great reception and tentative sales reps. As for the new lot Shawn was very stand offish and advices us without walking or offering to show us any vehicles in the new car lot itself. Immediately told us to head to the used lot on the back end.

Terrance and his team was very helpful and accommodating. The purchasing experience was not pushy and informative. I would recommend them.

I haven't had many car buying experiences so I was a bit nervous when I went to visit Darcars. However, once I met the salesman Moe Makadji, all my nerves went away. He listened to us and answered all of our questions with honestly. He really knows his stuff. He also wasn't afraid to admit when he didn't know something, but was quick to learn and find out the answer. Even though our dream car wasn't there the first day we visited, Moe kept in touch with me. A week later, he let me know they had another car that came in that was exactly what I wanted! I'd recommend Moe to anyone, he made the car buying experience enjoyable and easy.
