Went in with the intention of purchasing a used car After talking to the sales rep for an hour giving him all my info and everything (they needed my ID... before I could have gotten the out of door price) Sale rep told me one price when I got into the building to sign paper work and see the numbers. I was told the price on the car is incorrect so they can give me the discount they promised and I’d have to take it at that price or leave it So guess what I left I already recommended my entire family and friends to never ever waste their time and money at Hagerstown ford
I was buying out the lease on my F-150 and also getting an oil change. Everything went very smoothly.
Mike is the absolute best and takes pride in making sure his customers are taken care of.
The employees were not wearing asks and no precautions were being taken to protect employees or customers. When pushed on the repairs suggested was told... the most expensive ($1,300) one wasn't critical. Could not schedule time to make repairs without keeping car for a week. Please note car was services through Fast Lane
