I live in Hampton Roads, VA and drove the 3.

I live in Hampton Roads, VA and drove the 3.5 hours to Koons Ford of Baltimore to get my dream car. Their salesman, Joshua, saw that I had favorited the car on Cars.com and sent me a message that the car was still available and knocked down. The car was perfect. The deal was great. The sale was streamlined. Everything was as I'd hoped. I'll be back.

Serdal was amazing from the first phone call about our

Serdal was amazing from the first phone call about our desired vehicle to the surprise delivery to our daughter. We were not the easiest clients with my husbands ALS and our trip to Mayo getting in the way but it didn't bother him at all. He treated us with so much respect, kindness and made the buying process smooth and actually enjoyable. If you are going to Koons ask for Serdal you will have the best experience and feel right at home like a member of your family is taKing care of you!!

Joshua was fantastic - very helpful and didn’t feel

Joshua was fantastic - very helpful and didn’t feel pressure. Plus, how cool is it that the dealer provides lunch on Saturdays to all clients. Got a great deal and overall was such an easy process to go from my very used Jag to a Bronco Raptor. Love my beast of a car :)

I live roughly 1-1/2 hours away from this dealership and

I live roughly 1-1/2 hours away from this dealership and there’s at least 3 dealership closer to me, but when I was looking for a Ford f-350 XLT this dealership (Koons of Baltimore) was the perfect place to purchase a Ford Truck. The large selection of vehicles they have in stock is crazy!! The salesman (Serdal Uzun) was professional, patient, and knowledgeable as we conducted business. The finance manager Kristen Weikel was extremely knowledgeable and professional explaining everything to me. Overall I would suggest everyone to take the travel to this dealership to purchase a Ford vehicle because the level of customer service is way above average. Thank you Serdal & Kristen for a wonderful experience.

The representative that handled my case Jay Stewart was

The representative that handled my case Jay Stewart was very good. However, the diagnosis of my car’s issues was not determined . The car would have needed to go from department to department to be diagnosed. I ended up getting a change in transmission fluid. My big issue was having to rent a Hertz car for the undetermined length of the appointment. With car insurance added, it was expensive. We have always had a loaner from dealerships. That doubled the cost of the work. Not good.
