My experience was great! The staff were friendly, attentive and thorough with explaining everything and answering all of my questions. I enjoyed receiving an update on my vehicle via text while waiting in the waiting room. I was able to follow what was going on, review and decide on which services to approve in the moment. I am truly pleased and satisfied!

Easy going but thorough and reassuring regarding the potential sale. He also had an unusual trait for a salesman - no pressure to complete sale on the first day I viewed the vehicle.
