Excellent Service!

I took my car in for routine service and a water leak. Jordan and team were knowledgeable about what needed to be done to fix my issues. Jordan also kept me informed about the status of my car. If you are looking for a great service experience, you should try JBA.

Great Service

JR got me in the same day..work was completed in a little over an hour and the QX60 was cleaned inside and out..can't get much better than that....HGL

Honesty is JR'S policy!!

I know that I will be treated with respect, even if I'm just getting an oil change. JR is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, honest and very professional. Not out to drain your financial pockets.

I highly recommend JVA Infinity. Service Technician Jordan Lee is very knowledgeable and professional. He listens to my concerns and doesn't make false promises. He is a pleasure to work with.

Outstanding service from JR

JR is my go to service writer. He knows how to properly and effectively take care of customers. He really does have the customers’ best interest at heart. I have been taking both of my Infiniti for years. All of the staff, from the greeter to the cashier are super professional and friendly.

Worst Dealership Ever

would like to start this review by saying that I have been a devoted Infiniti owner for over 20 years. However, the absolutely terrible experience I just had with JBA Infiniti has caused me to completely loose faith in this company. If you are considering buying an Infiniti, or going to this dealer for service, I highly recommend that you re-consider. Here is the story - my vehicle is 6 yrs old, and has about 100,000 miles. Before a few weeks ago, this vehicle was running perfectly fine. I took it to this establishment for the recommended 100k mile inspection/check up. The dealer recommended various items that they stated were "routine maintenance." I choose to replace the spark plugs, serpentine belt and a few other small things. (As a side note - the other service they told me was "needed" was new front and rear brakes and rotors - luckily, I did not elect to have this service done, as I later found out the rotors were undamaged and the break pads didnt even need to be changed). So, 3 weeks later my check engine light went on. I took the car in, and they told me it was a "blown spark plug" (one of the same plugs that they had replaced 3 weeks prior). They charged me another $1,000 and sent me on my way. The very next day, the check engine light goes on again. Back to the dealer. Now they tell me - you have a defective engine, and recommended that I take the vehicle to CarMax and sell it. So, I go from a perfectly running vehicle to a car that is barely running and being out $3,000 without even an apology. The told me it was a "coincidence" and a "one in a million chance." I think not. I truly hope this review will help others avoid the crappy situation that I am now in.

Super service

I had my first visit after using another dealership for years and this was such a smooth process. I was greeted immediately and able to drop off and go home and work while service was being done. I got a call with recommendations like an hour later and my car was ready shortly after that with a heads up of future needs. This is my new dealership for sure.
