    Took my one year old truck in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Apt was scheduled for 2pm, I got a call 41 minutes later asking me to come... to the service department. (I was over at the new car dealership lot talking numbers for another truck) When I arrived to the service department I was told they hit the mirror off my truck while putting it on the lift. I get that accidents happen, but the manager, Ben, handled the problem as if I should be thanking him for fixing it. He told me he would overnight the parts. The next day I got no phone call from him. I was expecting it to be done the next day! A day later I get a call asking to keep my truck longer so that his service department ‘could take their time and do it right.’ Day 3 and I had to call him at 4pm to get a status update. Of course it was magically just being finished up and would be ready for pickup at rush hour on a Friday. When I went to pick the truck up I told Ben that I had some feedback for him. I told him that better communication for when this happens in the future would be best. As I was talking he checked his watch as if I was being an inconvenience to him. Unbelievable. This could have been an opportunity for this dealership to show they can fix an error and keep my business but instead they shrugged this off as no biggie. For the inconvenience I didn’t have to pay for my oil change, what a great deal! Completely rude and unprofessional. I’m in the market for a new work truck and I can assure you that I will not be purchasing it from JBA in Glen Burnie.

    Only rated this as a ONE STAR because some kind of rating was needed to post this, but they really get a negative TEN STARS The service dept is all... about making money! My husband and I have been a customer of JBA Glen Burnie since 2002, and have bought a total of 5 vehicles, for the most part all the service was covered under warranty, since we always buy the extended warranty... But now I have a 2018 Traverse which I bought new in March of 2018. My radio stopped working 2x's for no apparent reason. I called JBA the first time and got an appt for a week later, but then it started working again so knowing from experience unless they can recreate the problem it is useless to take it to them so I cancelled the appt, and a week later it happened again, call service and low and behold a appt for a week out, I offered to bring it to them right then so they can see what is going on while it is actually not working but NOOOOO they didnt have time, so they want to wait so the problem no longer exist when you take it there, I took it there for the appt but it was working so of course they want to look at it and if they can figure out what is wrong and if its covered by the extended warranty there is a $100 deductable which is fine but if they cant figure it out it is a service charge of $149.00 and still the problem is not resolved. I said well maybe you should have let me bring it when the problem was actually there but no ,, you know you cannot recreate the problem so lets bring it in so we can rip you off!!!!!!!!. Needless to say I got my key and told them I will be trading this in for a Hyundai,,,,, JBA will not make another dime off me and my family..

    On Tuesday went in for oil change and was later told my brakes needed grinding down over changed on the brake job .Then told I had a oil leake which was... fixed last year .Couldn't get the shuttle to pick me up at my residence over a misunderstanding the driver was a big baby .I know your boss reads these reviews. From now on severna park automotive gets all my business

    I recently took my 2008 chevy impala for oil change and tire rotation got treated like garbage first off everytime I go there for service end up spending... $2500 for services that aren't needed had that oil leak taken care of last year .Then I couldn't get the shuttle back to the dealership after service was completed. When you spend that kind of money you expect to be treated with respect and courtesy. From now on Severna park automotive gets all my business.

    BUYER BEWARE! Wife told Mercedes with 6k used only came with implied warranty. Finance sold $3000 warranty with no benefit! Car already had manufacturer... warranty.

    Do not buy a used vehicle from JBA Chevrolet in Glen Burnie Md. They sold me a jeep wrangler with several issues including a check engine light on for... the exhaust. I was told nothing was wrong it was just gas cap. I smelled exhaust inside jeep. They refused to fix it. Now just 7 months of owning a 20000 dollar vehicle the exhaust is falling apart. Also about 4 other repairs needed at this time. They lied to me and I want everyone to know dont trust them. Very dishonest dealership
