I came to the dealership to UK to look at their used

I came to the dealership to UK to look at their used cars, the sales person name TEMOR help me find the right car and get me done fast and I’m very happy with my purchase on finance. MAC help me very pleased with the service and the price. I definitely recommend my friends and sure will come back again.

After a terrible time at another dealership, we ended up

After a terrible time at another dealership, we ended up at Passport Nissan in Marlow Heights, and it was an amazing experience. We were greeted as soon as we stepped out of our car, not in that pushy, overbearing way. The gental man was assisting someone else, so he introduced us to Ali. Ali made car shopping not stressful at all it was like being with a friend with an extensive knowledge of car. After a little talk about our budget, we were shown a 2023 Rouge, and it was perfect. Next thing I know, the car alarm beeps as Ali comes with the keys and allows us to explore the car as he walks us thru all the features. On to the test drive! Ali sat in the back and allowed my husband and I to take a nice long test drive, when we got back to the dealership he even asked if I needed to give it a spin as it was my husband who drive during the test drive. It wasn't needed. We went into the show room a d began filling out the paperwork. It was getting late and and after being out all day, we were getting tired . Ali offered us water, coffee and snacks, and even a phone charger as we went thru the process. Finally, he came with all the paperwork and presented us with an amazing price. It felt like he hooked us up with every sale, rebate, and discount there was. It was well past closing time, and as other employees were leaving, Ali continued to work with us and did it with a smile. A hand shake sealed the deal. It was nice that even tho the hubby was obviously the one fronting the bill, Ali was just as kind and attentive to me as well. Ali introduced us to Mark, in finance, who also was working late to make sure we could get our monthly payment just where we needed it. Paper work paperwork and more paperwork. Mark was as friendly and helpful as Ali. Almost done, and there was an issue with our card... xxxx... This was just supposed to be a window shopping trip, so we were little in prepared on our part. Mark was calm and cool about it and told us it was not a big deal at all that we could bring the down payments in the next day and pick up the car. The next day, bright and early, when we showed up, our new car was sitting right up front, shining like a diamond. Ali and Mark were right there to welcome us again as we walked in, and Ali even had a present for us. In a matter of minutes, we had the keys in our hands. As I worked on putting the nice new Nissan key chain that Ali had given us, Ali gave my husband a tour of the service department and walked him thru everything he needed to know about maintenance. Finally, we got to drive away in the new car with a full take of gas as a cherry on top. The entire experience and the people we worked with were outstanding, and I would not change a thing. I am definitely a Passport Nissan customer for life. I'll be back and asking for Ali.

My experience with this dealer goes back to 2002 when I

My experience with this dealer goes back to 2002 when I had a 2002 Nissan Pathfinder. This dealer was the absolute best then and that's why I went back to Passport Nissan this time around. They are the best in service and made every effort to get the vehicle I wanted with the specs. I wanted even though the vehicle was not on their lot. They searched & found my vehicle over a hundred miles away & brought it to me! I cannot be happier!! The team (Stanley, the General Manager and Tracy) went above and beyond for me, and I so appreciate Passport Nissan!!
