I visited this dealership to test drive an Avalon.

I visited this dealership to test drive an Avalon. Despite the low mileage, they were unwilling to negotiate a better price for the used vehicle. They didn't inquire about my financing options, even though I could have purchased the car outright. I chose not to mention it, hoping they would show more interest in my business, but they didn't. I don't recommend this place if you're looking for a good deal.

My experience wasn't very good.

My experience wasn't very good. They have a vehicle I want to buy but low ball my trade in. All 2019 Ford Edge ST are selling online at a dealer for 22K+ and they wouldn't give me 18k for mine that I just also spent $750 on ceramic coating last month.

Great experience, was in an out in no time.

Great experience, was in an out in no time. Explained what I was looking for, and our salesman Mr. Kane worked to make it happen.

Deceptive advertising.

Deceptive advertising. $700+ add-on to car price AFTER price confirmed. After speaking on the phone about a particular Hyundai they advertised, I confirmed that they had the exact vehicle in-stock, confirmed pricing and went in person to buy. I fully intended to purchase, ride away in my new car for the advertised price. The saleswoman I originally spoke with was not in, and a salesman confirmed that the same vehicle was still in stock. We went for a test drive, liked it and sat us down at the desk. Bizarrely, he absolutely refused to sell for the advertised price and started with a price that inflated by additional $700+ charges the pricing already discussed and confirmed. I'm not talking about "dealer processing" which while quasi-deceptive is usually in the fine print. Nor am I talking about taxes, tags, upselling warranty or increased financing charges. Nope, this guy just twisted up the price with bogus charges at the get-go. When questioned, he claimed that the price needed to be increased to reflect pin-striping. I googled. I can buy pinstriping for $19 online if I wanted it. But it isn't even worth $19 to me. Take it off or leave it on, the pin striping was on the car when you advertised it and I want to pay the price you said you were selling the car for. At this point, I'd expect most sales people to realize their bluff was called and sell it for the full price they were offering (not reduced, but what they market as their full price). Not at this dealership. He said he couldn't sell for the advertised price (?!) And that was that. The sales guy made no effort whatsoever to attempt to sell the car. When we very politely said we weren't going to pay over the advertised price he actually walked away. I'm giving 2 stars for an extreme benefit of the doubt - maybe this guy was an anomaly, maybe all their other salespeople are honest. I didn't bother going back, not sure if the original woman on the phone would have played the same games (she sounded nice). If they are all like this, the rating should be negative 10. It is both unethical and illegal to lie to a consumer about the price. If this is industry standard (as the salesman claimed) then they should be taken down industry wide. At the very least consumers should shop elsewhere.

We are very sorry to hear about your experience. We apologize. Normally we are much better and do not operate like this. We certainly want to address this internally, but based on the user name we cannot find your contact information. First time Hyundai owner and brought my 2023 car in for

First time Hyundai owner and brought my 2023 car in for the first oil change. BIG MISTAKE! I’d had this appointment for weeks and I came in 30m early, pulled into the Hyundai service bay and walked in to be told that they had me scheduled for the Ford Express Lane, so get back in the car to look for the Express Lane. Dropped the car off and was told that they rotate the tires, fix the one tire that was leaking and change the oil and filter. Three hours later I get a call saying they didn’t have time to fix the tire. I checkout and walk to the car to find grease prints on the door handle and drivers seat. I turn on the car and immediately see a change oil needed message and the low tire warning was still the right rear. So even though they listed tire rotation on then invoice they didn’t rotate them! They never put the sticker on the window and could even fill the tire with air!!!! Car came back dirty and I need cleaner to get the seat clean again. NEVER NEVER NEVER GO HERE!!!

Terry was wonderful and had the car ready as soon as I

Terry was wonderful and had the car ready as soon as I pulled up. It was a good car search experience without any pushy sales tactics. She was extremely personable and considerate.

Dishonest Pricing

Tried to buy a car online, filled out all of the information required and was given a price that seemed fair. Once they contacted me to actually go through with the sale, they tried charging an extra $1500 and tacking on useless addons. When confronted they said the online price, that had been the same for weeks, was an error and were unwilling to negotiate to a reasonable price. Go somewhere else if you want an honest and transparent shopping experience.
