Buyer Beware!
Buyer Beware! Purchased a Ford Mustang 5.0 from Apple Ford paying top dollar, owned for less than 15 days and the AC went out. I lived 7 1/2 hours away from them round trip and asked to have it repaired at a certified Ford dealer locally and at first they said NO and finally after much debate and aggravation, they agreed. Apparently there was a deductible to have it repaired and at first they said they weren't going to pay it and after debating again and again, stating I just received the vehicle, they finally agreed to pay the $100 deductible. I asked to have the car inspected to ensure nothing else was wrong with this newly purchased vehicle and they said if you drive here (7 1/2 hours round trip) we can relook at it, but we won't pay for someone else to do it for us. They literally refused like they were scared someone else would find out something else was wrong. So basically if I wanted it done, I would have to pay for this on my own. Well after getting the AC fixed, 3wks later the AC went out again while my daughter was at college and when calling Apple Ford, they basically said "not our problem" and you have to take it back to the place that said they fixed it. They took "no responsibility" for selling me a broken vehicle and as a consumer told me to deal with it on my own, really. Not to mention this is the General Manager of the dealership! Wow, just wow! This has been an absolute nightmare and I can't understand how legally a dealership can sell you a vehicle with mechanical issues and take no responsibility whatsoever, none! So here I am with a broken vehicle and once again having to coordinate a repair at a separate dealership with no support from the dealer who sold me this BAD APPLE!

Daniel Brito, assisted me today with a software issue I
Daniel Brito, assisted me today with a software issue I was having with my Lincoln. I bought a laptop, lunch and battery charger with me, I thought I 'd be waiting until closing time to get my vehicle fixed. To my surprise, Dan handled my service work like a true professional, it was very apparent Dan was actively listening to my concerns. He followed up with the work being done and saw that everything needed was fixed in less than an hour. I was truly delighted with Dan's professionalism, friendliness and his attention to detail. He didnt miss anything. Awesome service Dan. Thank you so very much to you and your support team, you all really made my day.

Apple Ford has provided me with great service for many
Apple Ford has provided me with great service for many years. No one is happy when a vehicle needs service or breaks down but all vehicles do at some point. Apple Ford has a great service department. Overall I’m impressed by there service!

I wanted to leave a review to warn people not to take
I wanted to leave a review to warn people not to take anything that either Justin King or Chris Bailey say on the phone or in writing in an email for granted. We negotiated a deal to purchase a truck. We are not local so we scheduled a time to come pick it up, secured a cashiers check for the purchase price and confirmed an appointment the next morning to purchase and pick up the truck. 15 minutes before getting in the car to come purchase the vehicle, we were told they sold the truck from under us. We had offered to sign a bill of sale, hold the truck with a credit card, etc and were told that was not necessary. They are liars and not to be trusted.

If I could give 0 stars I would.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Bought TWO cars here on the same day. Fast forward to end of Oct 2023 I was having some issues with my 2017 Ford Explorer which was a certified used car. They talked me into purchasing the extra warranty on top of the warranty that was already coming with the vehicle during purchase. So, when I brought the car to them they told me there was no warranty purchased. I insisted there was and they told me no over and over again. I took my car hom and then found my paperwork proving I had warranty. I had already had the parts replaced by another certified mechanic and it did not fix the problem. My husband and son broke down on the highway and the shop decided they would finally bring the car in and could now see there was indeed a warranty. My car was there from Nov. 2023 for 99 days. They refused to give me a rental, warranty company would only cover the o2 sensor. I was left with NO transportation for NINETY NINE days. They replaced the o2 sensor and spark plugs after I JUST had them replaced 5 days prior to them getting the vehicle there. Then they proceeded to tell me only certain things would be fixed under warranty. A warranty they ensured me would cover anything and everything! It was not a cheap warranty!!! I trusted them! So, while they had my car more and more things were having to be fixed. Then they told me my entire exhaust system needed replaced. They told me I had to pay for this! It would be $5600!!! No warranty covered! They said it didn't matter if it was a "snowball effect" its not covered. I finally got them to waive labor costs and got them to use the money that Ford Motors gives shops MONTHLY to assist with another $2000. I paid out of pocket $1000 for something that likely never even needed to be replaced. Why? Because once I finally got my car back after 99 days IT BARELY MADE IT BACK HOME! 45 min into driving home the check engine light was on again it puttered along and would go over 45-50 mph. They towed it back the next day. It was there for a few weeks again. Replaced more parts like fuel injectors o2 sensor again harness' etc. Gave the car back to me and I had it FOUR days before the SAME problem SAME codes came up again!!!! So, back to the shop it went for another couple weeks. I just got it back for the THIRD time on Friday last week.....and now today, Wednesday, FIVE days later its the SAME problem!!! Now there is white smoke pouring out the exhaust there are SEVEN codes coming up the check engine light flashing and won't go over 50mph. I called the shop, they now tell me their tow truck is broken they cant get the vehicle and THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME A RENTAL. the customer service at this service shop is unreal. If someone buys TWO cars from you, came to you for help, get ALL my oil changes from there and bought warranty from there YOU TREAT THEM RIGHT!!! I asked many times about having a service engineer come out to assist and they've told me they don't need that help that they know what they are doing. THEY DO NOT! THEY ARE THROWING PARTS AT MY VEHICLE HOPING SOMETHING WORKS! NOW THEY ARE LEAVING ME STRANDED AND HOPING I JUST BRING MY CAR ELSEWHERE SO THEY DONT HAVE TO DEAL WITH IT ANYMORE. THERE IS A PROBLEM THEY CANNOT FIGURE OUT AND BLATANTLY TOLD ME THEY ARE NOT WASTING THEIR TIME FIGURING OUT WHAT IT IS. THEY WILL ONLY FIX WHAT THE CODES ARE. This is an awful location and I wish you best if you ever decide to purchase a vehicle there or need repairs.

Service department is a scam.
Service department is a scam. I took my car in for a free oil change and they claimed I needed to replace my brand new battery as it was about to fail. I declined, and the next time I took my car in for a free oil change the battery they said was failing previously was magically testing fine now. If you get oil changes here ALWAYS decline the maintenance they try and upsell you. My wife was duped when they said her rear brake pads were low and needed to be replaced. She agreed to have the brake pads replaced. When she picked up her car they billed her $700 for flushing the brake lines, and new pads and rotors

Even though I didn't get my car from Apple. I had a great experience. The salespeople we knowledgeable and courteous. I'm thinking about a Navigator for my next vehicle so I will be back.

Sean Boyd, sales consultant - extremely pushy when they don’t get their way. Last text to me was “good luck on your inequity’. Who says something like that, tell me that? Why do sales people even exist, especially when vehicles are available to purchase online self-serve…..select/build your vehicle, apply for financing, sign the paperwork, drop off keys and trade, and accept delivery of your vehicle……all convenient and contactless!

I am deeply disappointed by the abysmal service I
I am deeply disappointed by the abysmal service I received from TriState Collision Center -Apple Ford. From start to finish, my experience with them was nothing short of a nightmare. Firstly, they took an exorbitant amount of time to complete the repair on my vehicle, (almost a year) far beyond the initial estimation they provided. Throughout this extended period, they failed to return any of my phone calls inquiring about the status of the repair, leaving me feeling completely in the dark and utterly frustrated. When I finally retrieved my vehicle, the quality of the workmanship was shockingly poor. It was evident that the repair had been rushed, with sloppy paintwork and obvious signs of negligence. Moreover, upon closer inspection, I discovered that they had actually caused additional damage to my vehicle during the repair process. Instead of owning up to their mistake, they attempted to cover it up, further exacerbating the situation. The lack of accountability and professionalism displayed by TriState Collision Center -Apple Ford is simply unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expected to receive competent service and quality workmanship, neither of which was delivered. I also had to pay for my rental out of pocket. I am thoroughly disappointed and would caution anyone against entrusting their vehicle to this establishment. Save yourself the frustration and seek out a reputable body shop that values integrity and customer satisfaction.
