We bought a used car there, and it was a good experience

We bought a used car there, and it was a good experience overall. However, the dealer tried to hide the fact that the remote key did not work. I tried to call the dealer the day after we took the car home when I found out the problem. The dealer did not respond. I texted the salesman, and he did not respond either.

Great experience, from salesman, to the sales management, to the finance manager, everyone listen to our wants. They reworked the numbers to get us to where we needed to be, to make the deal.

I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation.

I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. However, these simple tasks took 4 hours to complete, with no one letting me know it was going to take that long.
