My husband and I arrived at Bayside Chevy this morning. We felt like welcomed guests right from the moment we entered the showroom. My husband had made... an email appt. and we were quickly greeted and introduced to Norri. Not only was everyone very helpful and kind, but professional. Jeff and Andy were very helpful in our process and engaged my husband in auto conversation as he was a formal GM Engineer. We were using an employee discount, we wanted to lease and had an idea about the Tahoe we were interested in. I’m old and have bought many cars and trucks over the past 45 years. Last week I bought a used 2014 Silverado in perfect shape that looked brand new.... I had already checked the blue book price and found this dealership listed it for over $3K less. All it took was a test drive to confirm this was my truck. Josh, the rock star salesman offered a fair deal, without ANY pressure from me. I was in and out in less than 3 hours with a newly cleaned truck that didn’t need it, a great deal $3000 under blue book, and a 4 year/48,000 mile power train and electronic package warranty extension. This has been the easiest and most pleasant vehicle purchase I have ever had. I highly recommend Josh as your salesman, he wants you to be happy with your experience and I really am. Did I mention free oil changes and tire rotations? You need to check this place out!
