    I bought 2 cars from you in 2018. I think its sad you wouldn't even talk to me on the phone about your awful roadside service you stuck me with on my... vehicle! I was told by the woman answering the phone to call Roadside service. I want a refund. The service couldn't even get straight our location. We sat on a busy Interstate for 2 1/2 hours! We almost got hit several times from vehicles flying so fast by us! I will never ever buy from you again. Thanks for caring like your roadside service you offer!

    I hate car shopping, and this is the reason why. I contact the dealer about a car advertised at a good price, asking if I can get that price. And after... a couple of back and forth runaround emails, I'm informed the advertised price is not the price, the real price is $1900-2400 higher. Before taxes and tags. So glad I didn't waste my time driving to the dealership.

    As is typical for car dealers, the advertised price was $1900 less than the price I was quoted. That's before tax and tags, and after incentives. This... is why I only deal over email and don't waste my time and patience actually going to dealerships.

    Buying a vehicle is simple, however a month and a half later there are issues with said car and according to the service tech the management “doesn’t wanna... fix” ... Toyota “certified” cars huh. What a joke will never buy from here again nor will I let anyone I know make the mistake of giving any business here

    I found an used car on their website and requested a break-down OTD price quote on Monday. I told them I would come in during the weekend for a test drive.... They did not provide the quote until Friday evening. The biggest surprise was the listing price raised $2000. I looked the price history and found the price increased on the next day after I told them I would come for a test drive. I gave two starts only because they provided me the quote on Friday which saved me a trip.
