Willie is awesome!

Willie is awesome!! He definitely has good customer service. Would give it two stars but I'm experiencing some technical problems with my new car off the lot. But no worries with VIP treatment and warranty it will get fixed. Everything else is fine.

The worst service center.

The worst service center. I took my truck back 4 times for the same problem. They said that they fixed my AC, I got my truck back and 1 week later, no AC. DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED HERE!! On top of that, the person I was working with got fired in the middle of my service, they said nothing. The new guy didn't know anything and the manager doesn't care. Please go somewhere else for your service. If I could give this place negative stars it would be a negative 100

Do not buy a car here, if you need help with your car, customer service is the worst! They don’t help with issues at all. The service dept will lie and say they have done car service, and the don’t do it. Worst customer service.

Even after leaving with my new car, I remembered leaving essential items in my old car; they were able to retrieve those necessary items and have them ready for pick up the next day. 1/20/24 If I could rate them a zero 0 I would!! Unfortunately good things don't last. Today's experience was disappointing. This was the biggest rip off that I've seen. I went in in to have my radiator replaced because it cracked during the cold. I get charged $1327.17 Parts = $354.96 Labor = $877.50 Hourly rate $195.00 I asked how are the hours determined. I was told it based on a mechanic matrix that they use. So even if the time is 2hrs you're getting charged for 4.5 in this case. After researching I couldn't find anything that that said 4.5 hrs to replace a radiator. 3hrs is the most that I've found and that's including draining the radiator. Draining the radiator was not a issue because it all had drained out when it cracked. I've gone to Sheehy Nissan for years for service and to force a customer to pay $200 per hour based on a chart and not true time worked on my car is robbery. Anyone that is looking for car service I can no longer recommend Sheehy Nissan as a trust worthy place to do business. Shame one sheehy Nissan of Waldorf!!
