A sales manager at the dealership sold the car he had committed to selling me to another individual without any communication notice , text or phone... call . His response was it’s “unfortunate “!!! I had cancelled an order with another Ford dealer to purchase the vehicle at this dealership . Again his response was it’s “unfortunate”!!! Not a dealership to do business with !!!
Nice salesman- they wouldn’t budge on the price so I didn’t make a deal. But they didn’t force me or put pressure on me .
It was a nice experience. There were some minor problems that were all taken care of promptly.
I bought a used truck from this dealership. The same week I bought the truck maybe 3 days later I started to hear loud knocks in the engine. So I schedule... that dealership to diagnose The problem. What do you know, the recommendations was a new engine. After I already paid cash for the car they wanted me to pay an Additional $5700 for the engine. So I took it for a second opinion. An what do you know, someone was trying to hide the defects in the engine. Seems that someone used an engine treatment to hide the sounds. However, in the process of getting it fixed I was told the truck was unfixable because the part then needed to get fixed won’t come off. Guess it was to rusted. So I contacted a lawyer and they told me if they misrepresented the vehicle (which they did) I’ll have a case. Oh an I paid for tags that I can’t even use because it won’t pass inspection. Just to think I was about to buy a new truck from them. Thank good I didn’t. I’m taking my business elsewhere. SCAM SCAM
Patrick Shuey and the entire team are liars. Patrick the gm looked at me and said “ I was misinformed by someone who didn’t know what they were doing.”... Now need a new motor and they are not admitting any fault even though it was pointed. Lied to so many times. Don’t ever deal with this company!
I was contacted by the Internet Manager and we worked out an appointment to see the vehicle I was interested in. I Was told that the vehicle would be... brought to the front of the showroom so we could take a look at it. When we arrived, I noted that the vehicle was still out on the lot and when I went into the showroom, nobody seemed to know that I had an appointment. No big deal, mistakes happen! The sales manager assigned a young salesperson to assist us with our visit. Another salesperson-in-training also tagged along. I watched as the two salespeople went out on the lot and attempted to bring the vehicle around to the front of the showroom but apparently the battery was dead. Ok, this wasn't going well! They jump started the car and drove around to the front of the showroom We took the vehicle out for a test drive but ultimately my wife wasn't thrilled with it. We tested several other vehicles but none seemed to meet our desires, wants, and needs. We told the sales guys thanks and said call us if they came across any other vehicles we may be interested in. They told us that the sales manager always talks to potential buys before they leave so he came over and sat down behind the salesman's desk and leaned back like he was the king of all he surveyed. I don't care for people like that to start with but I didn't care for his questioning and his tricky wording. He was trying to be funny (I think) and almost like he was trying to trip me up on what I was looking for (what was the point I thought)! Like a "greasy" used car salesman! I didn't like the experience and I won't go back. I have spoken to others and have been told the same thing about this dealership. The general management of the Winner Automotive Group needs to rethink how they do business at this location and the people that represent them!
Customer service was very helpful. Rick the driver was extremely pleasant. The waiting room is very accomodating. Would recommend the service dept highly.
Prompt courteous service. Staff members are always busy, always sure to greet customers immediately, pleasantly. The service area runs like a well-oiled... machine.
in and out in less time quoted for job the service was great, I brought my lunch with me and even had a really clean place in which to eat it
Velma was super friendly, she was honest and she worked out a deal in a tough situation. She was amazing.
