Jeremy helped me with my service yesterday and he was

Jeremy helped me with my service yesterday and he was amazing from start to finish. I love that he gave me an estimate for the time and cost before I had to ask. He kept me updated throughout the service, and when everything was done he walked me out to my car and double checked it. Thank you so much! You were astounding

I arrived about 15 minutes late for my 9:00am appointment

I arrived about 15 minutes late for my 9:00am appointment , everyone was friendly and welcoming Ronald Gray the service representative kept me informed kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. I am scheduled to come in on Wednesday 10/16 to have the needed repairs completed and I look forward to it.

The environment was customer friendly.

The environment was customer friendly. Checking in and checking out were seamless. Wait time for servicing my vehicle was relatively very reasonable.

I brought my car to you all to fix my alarm and Ronald

I brought my car to you all to fix my alarm and Ronald said it was fixed, but it's not. The worst part about it is I was charged for it. I will be back to the dealer very soon.
