I had a hassle-free car-buying experience.

I had a hassle-free car-buying experience. I test-drove and then waited three weeks to buy. JBA did not pressure me or hassle me to hurry up and buy. When I did buy, the service was excellent. It was a quick and easy process.

I thought it from the dealer his name was Richard.

I thought it from the dealer his name was Richard. I know exactly what I wanted before I even got there so everything went smooth. I've been there twice in the year for oil changes always quick very nice very clean area to wait in. When it's your turn when it's your time for your appointment you go they're very good with that You don't have to wait even longer when it's your time it's your time I love that since I live too far the drive back and forth just for oil change
