went to get an oil change - when i got their they told me the policy has changed and the oil change is no longer free - not when i booked the appt but when i showed up - they said this is a direct change from mr ourisman. I let them know I was upset because there was no notice. I was told I would have to wait 45 min to speak yo a manager but there was nothing I could do and that they were sorry - not okay in my book

yes some communication would have been helpful . The manager didn't say because of all the miscommunication they would do the oil change today for free however, when I went back to get it done, David at the service desk was very rude and told me no who's paying for this one of the managers came and talk to him he still could not help me and I had to work with another service desk employee. She was nice and polite - Still really disappointed in the unprofessional communication and attitude that I received from David

Drove an hour to test drive and buy a used car. The sales person was aggressive at getting me there, we set a time and when I arrived he had left. The car had been stolen. The dealership was a dump. I had to search for someone to talk with. Stay away!

I went in to get my car serviced for 2 recalls, and the

Upon inspecting my car, I saw that there were 2 bolts missing from my tire and my tire was crooked and coming off!! What gross negligence! Had the tire come off, I could have been in a serious accident.

My Mom's 2010 Kia Forte' needed a battery which I
My Mom's 2010 Kia Forte' needed a battery which I installed. Just to be sure I had the charging system checked and it failed for Alternator. We needed to get it Inspected as well so I took it to Fairfax Kia to grant my 85 yr old Moms wishes. I made sure to give the dealer the printout if the bad Alternator. I got a call and was surprised that the: "main battery cable is the problem". Well, it may have had some stiff cladding and may have been less efficient over 14 years. However, out of 17 cars I have owned, I have yet to have replaced a main battery cable. Then the quote came. $2000 for the cable and Alternator?🤔 Then it dropped to $1600 w/o even a second to think or ask anybody😒. Then $1450? I had to get irate as I knew the whole time it was a $340 to $440 Job for the Batt Cable. Finally I was given $840 total for all 3 things I needed done. That sounded right and I agreed. Except it's an extra 3% at the register if you use a credit card. So find a 3% cashback credit card to offset the payment games on top of the Ballistic repair pricing attempted by Ourisman Kia of Fairfax. Having to fight for a price that 2 other Kia dealers LAUGHED AT!!($2000/$1600) But; I knew instantly what was up. BTW this kind of attempt at gouging just started happening now that Fairfax Kia was bought by Ourisman. I did appreciate it at pickup time when a very professional female service manager took care of me. I can't in good conscience give more than 2 stars due to the service writer. Practices that encourage doubling pricing are what gives dealers a bad name. I don't ever want to argue to get the real price again. I will not deal with David again and probably will have to move on to another dealer. My mom is 85. Taking an old lady's money is the lowest of low practices and never happened before Ourisman took over. This is the max rating I can give them. Again. The service manager was great. My advisor wasn't. I purposely showed up when I knew David would not be there. Sorry Fairfax Kia but the ends do not dismiss the means. There is no excuse for trying to take an old ladies retirement on an easy repair. Nuff said. A 1 star experience fixed by the super-nice service manager upped my rating to 3 stars.

I did mean the $840 was for: Alternator Replacement VA Inspection Main Battery Cable This represents a reasonable price. Now it is an extra 3% for Credit Cards. At a repair shop where 95% are going to be credit cards. So make sure you have 3% cash back to offset the 3% fee I just paid on top of $840 which was $25. I was told it was m $840 TOTAL WITH TAX. Only told about 3% fee at the register. What a racket they are running at Fairfax Kia now that it is an Ourisman Kia of Fairfax. I would have just put an alternator on it and got it inspected. Would have been fine for me. But, I obey my Mom's wishes, even though we both know she cant drive anymore. I verified I could have bought a used engine/transaxle from a salvage yard with 44k for $1100 and installed for $500. $1600 for a battery cable???? Insanity knows no bounds.

Delay exaccerbated because they “forgot” to do it and part is now on back order - despite having my car for 2 weeks. Maybe one in 20 messages will get a return call - if we are lucky. Terrible service.

Nice answer, but over 48 hours later and I have still not had a reply to my email. Also, were told that my tags were being sent overnight on Tuesday. It’s now Friday and they are still not here.
