They have been lying to me from day one!
They have been lying to me from day one! It started with a shady deal to begin with. I was told if I came back with 10k I could refinance my car putting the 10k down and refinance it. That was xxxxxxxx too. Everyone I talk to says stay away from you! I gave them the benefit of the doubt. But Rick just can't help xxxxxxxxxxxx me and the banks. I am tired of trusting you. I plan to hit every review portal I can to spread the word of this crap.

Warning- check those extra fees they put on the price.
Warning- check those extra fees they put on the price. Don't be dumb like me. Drove from PA to purchase car and I had requested the paperwork before arriving to see the breakdown of costs. I was paying cash and the amount was not working in my head. Never got that paperwork- and - MY FAULT, did not check before I paid. They charged me $1600 for 'SMARTSHEILD". WHAT THE F IS THAT? It was never mentioned but GOOGLE says it is "Paint protection"?? For a 2016 car with dings and scratches!!!?? OH and a $500 Seller Processing Fee- ?? Again, it was my fault for not looking this over before paying- but when you sit there for over THREE HOURS to buy a car- WITH CASH- NOT FINANCING- you get a bit IRRITATED. We did arrive an hour early, but shouldn't most of this paperwork have been done already? Did I mention all the mud in the fender wells and in the hood vent? There were 600 miles more on the car than when I looked at it the week before… did they really have that many people test drive it??? I wasn’t even 600 miles from the place in PA!? Guy was wiping it down when we got there, I thought maybe all the mudd from the rain, but how would it get in the vent and why would you NOT WASH THE CAR?? Had to be that 600 mile trip someone took in it. Must've only used a rag and not really washed it as the windows were also streaked. Not the best presentation- it looked better when I test drove it a week earlier. But hey, I can wash it- right? Then watching the temp tag being put on, there were wood screws holding the plate on. WTH? The actual purchase- These people had no idea what they were doing. Kept asking for my insurance card- Hello?? I GAVE IT TO YOU. My insurer will not issue a card for this particular vehicle until I pay for it. They just couldn't seem to get that. We asked "If I'm not financing it why does it matter if I have insurance or not- any car I buy is automatically covered on the policy have." I said call the insurance company if you want- they will tell you the same thing. They never did. After 3 plus hours of torture, we drove out of the lot and my friend noticed the headlight was out. Had to turn around and wait another 20 minutes to get a lightbulb. Then, after getting home, checking the headlight alignment and found that the rear cap for the same headlight is missing. Seriously? In two weeks my temporary tag expires- it was good for 2 months! I have called the salesman once- and the title dept. 3 times for update and get no answer. No calls back, and the one time I actually spoke to someone in titles, they said “I have been out for a week and I’m really busy” and “I haven’t heard back from them”. I have now tried contacting PA DOT myself to see where they are. I've only had the car for 1.5 months and knock on wood, she seems to be a good car- time will tell. I would never buy from them again. What a giant clusterf--k.

Walked into their dealership on a Saturday morning, and two hours later I got the car I wanted at the price I expected. I also got a fair price on my trade in. Nick and his team made the buying experience very positive. Will return for future business.

The Service Center at Ourisman Hyundai in Laurel is
The Service Center at Ourisman Hyundai in Laurel is horrible!!! Everyone from the workers to the manager is completely unresponsive. They lie when they claim that they will call you back. These people don't answer the phone. They don't return phone calls. It is hard to even get a basic update on your vehicle. They kept my car for months, with no urgency to get back to me. I finally had to show up, without notice, to get my my car back. I would not recommend my worst enemy to get their car serviced at this location. Find somewhere else to fix your car!!!!

I chose this location to lease or buy a new vehicle due
I chose this location to lease or buy a new vehicle due to "mostly" positive reviews on various websites. That was a mistake, but I think that people's experiences will vary, and likely will due to your sales person and so forth. My sales person was mediocre at best, and once I leased a vehicle, unless he needed something from me, he has ignored text messages and emails when I needed assistance regarding the vehicle, literally, I think everyone or all but one was ignored (and it was several). A relationship, and yes even at a car dealership, works both ways. You do not just sell a car and then when the customer has questions or complaints, just blatantly ignore them - thus, strike one for the dealership. Secondly, some other persons that work in the dealership will also hound you for things that they need from you, but once again, if you need something from them, forget it; they lack communication between each other or just want to harass their clients, not sure which one it is - strike two for the dealership. Next, I went to pick up my plates for my car at the service window. I stood at the window while someone was actually AT the window playing on her phone and eating chips. I stood there for a few minutes before I finally said excuse me, I am here to pick up plates; extremely poor work ethic, disregard for customer service (in which car sales is a part of) - strike 3 for the dealership. The only positive light at the dealership given my experience, is one of the finance persons (a lady whom I will not mention by name); she is very respectful, timely, thorough, and kind; maybe if she ran the dealership, there would be less unsatisfied clients and there would be improved staff. Long story short, leasing my vehicle from this particular location was one of the worst decisions I have made. I have a long way to go to finish off the lease, but cannot wait for that day to arrive! I will not ever purchase or lease a vehicle from this location again (unless it was owned and operated by the outstanding employee I previously mentioned). I recommend when you go, you analyze the sales people as some may be great at their job, enjoy it, and respect their customers; on the flip side you have some that do not. Also, be prepared to be hounded if things are not perfect for them, but do not expect them to return the favor if you need something :) They will not bend the slightest to help you AT ALL, but they do expect you to be a contortionist if they need something. If I had the money, I would return the car and get one somewhere else. I know people have good and bad experiences at car dealerships, but this was my truly negative experience at a car dealership. First impressions can last a life time and make a significant impact on ones life, and this one surely did. I hope that other people have great experiences at this dealership and not experience what I have or what some others have. I think for the most part, people have a "good" experience there from what it seems. I just suggest you shop around first and do not be bullied into buying or leasing something in which you are unsure of; and just look for little hints from your salesperson on how they may treat you after your purchase is completed! Good luck and good shopping <3 However, being the honest person that I am, I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone. The lack of professionalism, courtesy, and communication at this place is beyond unbelievable. If anyone knows a way to get out of a lease from these people without getting screwed (I think they already screwed me over in more ways than one), please contact me somehow. I wish to end my business with them and never deal with them again. Last but not least, my first visit to the dealership, I was disrespected as a disabled Veteran service member by some members of staff and management; that should have been my first queue to run away! Update: Manager also doesn't respond to complaints in attempt to address the situation.

BAD EXPERIENCE!
BAD EXPERIENCE!! I took my Hyundai about four months back for oil change dropped it of @12:40pm, and was informed that my car will be ready before I get off from work @4pm per Pumpkin, and was supposed to be picked up was raining really hard office was closed ,but me still standing in the rain waiting and was never picked up. After 4:45pm. one of my coworkers saw me still standing outside ask if she can drop me off. she dropped me off at 5:15. when i got there neither to say my SUV wasn't ready. I asked to speak with the Manager Michael Goldberg was very dismissive acted like he didn't to hear it.. after I keep explaining to him he then said he was sorry, but being sarcastic .Fast forward came back (regret it)on 12/14/2023 dropped car off again at 12:40 same situation happened again with Pumpkin . The dropped off young guy Neomaya said Pumpkin told him to come pick me up.. said will call me when is ready per Pumpkin told me in an hour and a half.. from 12:30 dropped off. Again coworker dropped me off.. Neomaya saw me dropped off asked me what was I dong here. i informed him I was supposed to be picked up over two hours ago. Again asked to speak to Manager he said why this keep happening to me.. said I was the only one. I was really upset for him to even said that. After I spoke with him again. my car was ready 30 minutes later. I saw Neomaya walking by asked if he can asked for my key..by then i was ready to go.. He brought me someone elses car key.. 10mins later Pumpkin brought my key of course no apology. didn't even tell me where was my car. I had to look for my own car, I walked back in to ask where was it park. the driver came to help look for it. neighter to say I'll not be returning.

They are a bunch of scammers.
They are a bunch of scammers. Sold me a certified Preowned vehicle and then would not honor my warranty when electrical problems were immediately evident, quoting my $6000 of repairs right after I purchased it. Buy your car literally anywhere else, and don’t go anywhere near their service center, they are not honest nor competent, and they are sure to rip you off if you let them.
