Ford service has taken the next step towards incredible customer service . Uber rides home and back to the dealership is impressive. I recently stopped in for an oil change and ourisman completed my recalls as well very quickly. Thanks much Oursman !

I bought a part from these people and got the wrong part
I bought a part from these people and got the wrong part I paid $134.50 the only refunded me $88.54 I don't care if there is a restock fee but to charge almost 50 dollars to restock a part is absolutely ridiculous. Seems to me it is borderline fraud so I will be calling gracias the consumer protection agency and the BBB to file a complaint against them. But most importantly. PEOPLE LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED IN SUCH A DISRESPECTFUL LIGHT. ITS ABSOLUTELY INSANE...

Extremely rude and unprofessional purchase experience with Carlos Moran. Sales individual was very coy, deceitful and terse. Thousands of dollars in hidden fees, with absurd dealer processing fees. This dealership is not interested in paid-in-full purchases.
