Took my car in for a recall and a slow tire leak

Took my car in for a recall and a slow tire leak appointment was at 9AM was back home by 12:30 PM. All work was completed to my satisfaction and fully updated on my Ford App the next day. Thank you for a job well done.

I am 68 years old and live in N.

I am 68 years old and live in N. C. I have purchased 8 new cars in the last 2 or 3 years.To the best of my memory it's hard to remember exactly.All the sales people I bought from is no longer there to the best of my knowledge.Last month I was given a new salesman on the purchase of a new f150. My offer was 40k out the door.My new salesman was not easy to deal with.The offer he sent me was for 41k out the door.The odd thing was it had his name as salesman and sales manager on the offer. In the past purchases it always had the sales manager and salesman I knew my salesman was not sales manager. I decided to go ahead and purchase the truck. I made time to drive the 6 hrs to get there. When I was about 30 minutes from the dealership the salesman texted me.He wanted to know how far away I was. Well when I received that text somehow attached was an offer signed by the salesman and sales manager it said 40k I knew as soon as I saw it this was something I wasn't supposed to see. The dealership had accepted my offer but the salesman was trying to charge me a extra 1k. Another thing that was odd the finance manager had called and said they would have to charge me the standard finance rate which was 10.5 when Ford was offerings 0 for 36. My credit rating was better than 800.Well I thought I would keep my mouth shut and pay it off when I got home. I arrived at the dealership didn't say anything about the 1k dollars. The salesman brought the paperwork to his desk I signed a couple of papers and he said your done. Wrote a check for10k and ask him if I was going to the finance office he said no. Told him I wanted a copy of the paper work showing where the truck was financed he printed off copies said I was with Ford motor credit. I left drove home and assumed that I paid 1k more than I should have. The next day a finance manager from the dealership called and said I need to sign more paperwork for the finance company. I told him I had just drove 12 hours and they didn't even take me back to finance office I wasn't in the mood at that point to do anymore signing. He said if I didn't they would come get the truck. At that point I said come on and get it. Later that day they sent someone to get it. I stopped payment on my 10 k check. They have since tried to cash the check. You can make up your own mind what kind of company they are. They sent me a text and said they didn't want to do business with me.

WORST DEALERSHIP, RIP OFF, BAIT & SWITCH EVER!

WORST DEALERSHIP, RIP OFF, BAIT & SWITCH EVER! Our family drove from out of state to pick up a new Mustang. Then to arrive to find it was traded off to another dealership. The manager CESAR AZANON plays STUPID, while fluttering and rolling his eyes in some arrogant tone of unprofessionalism toward me. He is a JOKE of a "manager" bragging about his "professional career" being the top selling Mustang dealer in the area. A vast improvement from his "prior profession" of selling industrial appliances to restaurants. The rest of his staff behind the counter certainly is a reflection of their parent (Cesar). I will NEVER buy ANYTHING from this joke of a place and it is no wonder why the place was dead empty that day!

Service writers are always very helpful, this last go

Service writers are always very helpful, this last go round I came in for a leaking tire, and I also suspected the tires were dry rotting Brett Spencer helped me pick out a new set of tires to put on the car and they were very helpful and getting that done.
