We had a BMW iX but the fully electric vehicle wasn't

We had a BMW iX but the fully electric vehicle wasn't working out like we had hoped. I contacted Khalil Taylor, whom sold us the BMW iX and advised him of our situation. Khalil Taylor advised that he would make us an appointment to come talk to him to see what he could work out to make us happy. We initially were going to purchase a gas vehicle but Khalil Taylor spoke to us about the advantages of a hybrid. We already had a vehicle charger installed in our garage to it would be an easy transition. After working with Khalil Taylor, we traded in our BMW iX and left with our BMW X5 xDrive50e. We are so happy that Khalil Taylor was willing to work with us again and convinced to go hybrid.

I recently had another exceptional experience at BMW of Rockville, Maryland. I previously purchased a vehicle from them in 2004 and also had a positive experience. The numerous positive online reviews had originally piqued my interest, and I am delighted to confirm that they are well-deserved. This time, I purchased a 2025 BMW 228 Xdrive Gran Coupe, and I am thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. The company’s professionalism and customer service were exceptional. The staff was friendly, courteous, and competitively priced. They were prompt in responding to my inquiries and accommodating my needs. Patrick Yuen, our Client Advisor, was particularly impressive. He was very knowledgeable, patient, efficient, and honest. I got what appeared to be an erroneous Battery Maintenance message. Discussion with Jarred Brown determined there was a firmware update for the G80. Conclusion was to do the update and see if there are any other messages. Very rapid completion of the update. Jarred Brown has consistently been knowledgeable and excellent to work with.

Traded Tesla for iX.

Traded Tesla for iX. Great experience. Disappointed in Tesla trade in value - but somewhat out of their control. Sales Manager was quick to call when I had an issue. Patrick Yuen sales and Dylan delivery were amazing.
