I've purchased more than 10 new cars so far at many dealerships but this time is the best experience ever. Ever is a nice, kind and professional dealer and he was very helpful. The day I just stopped by Ford I signed the contract thanks to him. I would recommend him 100% to my family and friends.

Came in for an oil change but when I got the car back,
Came in for an oil change but when I got the car back, someone took my stuff out of my glove box. I made sure that everything is neat when I brought my car in and there was no mess. Nothing is missing (I think) but technicians should not mess with customers belongings. Oil change and customer service was great.

Buyer beware!
Buyer beware! Bought a Ford escape here that was supposed to be Virginia certified but when I took it to Maryland to get certified, it failed on the exact same specifications that would’ve passed Virginia. The general manager and sales manager were extremely unhelpful. After-sales support is awful now I have to spend an extra $1000 to fix something that should never been a problem. Make sure you Get your car independent certified before buying anything from here.
