I had a Safety Recall addressed and I was pleased that it did not take a long time to complete the job. My Service Advisor, Samantha, was professional and courteous and kept me updated on the progress of the service.

SHADY, SHADY, SHADY- wasted our time!

SHADY, SHADY, SHADY- wasted our time! Bumped the price of a used car up $1000 after we test drove and said we were interested. Came back the next day to purchase and they added the $1000 to the bottom line!! The sales manager Josh- just a cocky jerk. No thanks!! We won’t buy from another Koons anything AGAIN!!

The Service Department staff members were very friendly

The Service Department staff members were very friendly and helpful. They were professional and accommodating when I requested that my driver's side seat be covered so that it would be protected while being serviced. The staff also kept me updated regarding the service progress. This made my experience a pleasant one.
