WORST PLACE EVER. Ignored, lied to, ignored again. No gas, no 2nd key, no follow up, no tags or information, no return calls or texts. Have reached out to the sales manager and the general manager. Have you ever driven off of the car lot in your new car SOBBING UNCONTROLLABLY? Yeah- it's awful. STERLING MINI IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST IN CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Great Experience with MINI of Sterling
I bought my 2020 Countryman S All 4 from MINI of Sterling. Julie Wharton was my sales rep and she was fantastic. She obviously does her homework about her product and was able to tell me all about my new car. She was patient with me - I took a long time to come to a buying decision. She never pushed, but was always available and kept our relationship going until the exact right time and the exact right car came together. Through a clerical error by the holder of my previous car loan, the first payoff check was rejected. MINI of Sterling sent another one and they even paid me the difference they owed me due to me needing to pay an extra car payment without me asking - that's attention to detail! Of course, being a MINI and BMW dealership, the place is lovely. Thanks, Julie!
