Excellent Pricing AND People!

Excellent pricing and no honest people. They were very great to buy from after other issues with a local dealership. Will definitely come back when I am in the market again.

My sales agent, Jonathan, was very knowledgeable about the Ford product and took time to help me get the truck I needed. Thanks for a great experience!!

Avoid at all costs

The numbers and payments were pre-determined before our arrival at the dealership. Upon arrival to the dealership (a 1.5 hour drive) the truck we came to see was no where to be found. They had to go find it and bring it to the showroom front. When they finally brought it up, it was filthy. It must have been sitting in their secondary lot for some time. Mud and dirt covering the interior floor. Sticks all over it and in the bed of the truck. Overall just dirty. It did not look like a new vehicle. After our test drive we were directed to the finance guy to do the paperwork. The numbers were WAY different from what we had discussed on the phone. When the sale price was fixed and adjusted to the price we pre-determined over the phone, he then had the taxes wrong. The taxes where not taken from the new vehicle sale price MINUS my trade in. He tried to tax the full amount of the new vehicle. While all of this was going on, the truck was still sitting out front dirty. They finally got someone to take it back to detailing and to fill the gas. After 2 hours of "detailing" they pulled the truck around. The dash was still super dusty, and all the dirt and debris that was on the floor prior to our test drive, was just covered up by the floor mats. It was never vacuumed out. Then we came to find out that the day before we arrived to purchase the vehicle, they were to have completed 2 open recalls on the truck. If they completed the recalls the day before, why could they not find the truck when we got there the next day? And why would they have not left it at the dealership knowing we were going to be arriving soon? on our drive home with the new truck, we found a bunch of new sealed parts in the glove box. Parts to fix the backup camera which was one of the open recalls. I do not think the recalls were actually completed. I called the General Manager of Preston Ford West to provide me with the service order to show that these recalls were completed and he never did. The finance guy also charged me for a new license plate and a 2 year registration when I had given him my plate to use. I then called the department of motor vehicles and they told me my plate could have been used. The finance guy told me he couldn't use my vanity plate. The DMV said he absolutely could have, but he just wanted to make more money off of the sale by charging me for a new plate and 2 year registration. The day after purchasing, we had some questions and concerns in regards to the truck and the offered extended warranty. The general manager called me back promptly and I asked my questions and voiced my concerns. being a Saturday, he was to follow up on Monday. I emailed him and the salesman on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday as well as left a message for them to give me a call. I have yet to hear anything back from them. I feel that they were caught not completing the recall work and are now avoiding me. While I like the new truck, I will never purchase from this dealership again, nor will I recommend them to anyone. I am not sure if I will ever consider even buying a Ford again if this is how their sales departments behave. Out of the 10 cars I have purchased in my life, this has been the worst in regards to dealing with the associates at the dealership. I now cannot get in touch with the dealer to purchase the extended warranty on the vehicle that I planned to purchase. I still do not know if the recalls were actually completed. I also am now getting another new license plate with a 2 year registration that I didn't need to be charged for to begin with.
