Miguel greeted me on the lot as I appeared to be looking

Miguel greeted me on the lot as I appeared to be looking for the vehicle I found on the internet. He was driving the vehicle I wanted to purchase how cool was that. He gave me a run down on all the vehicle’s options and I fell in love with my new 2025 Santa Fe Hybrid. On the day of my purchase, he came in on his day off to make me feel comfortable with my purchase.

We had 2 different salesmen.

We had 2 different salesmen. The first one, Calvin , helped us over the phone, but he wasn't working the day we went there. Dedin Abbas was the person who worked with us. He was polite and very helpful. We purchased a 2022 Tuscon SEL from him. We live in Maryland so , when the car was ready, he and Calvin delivered it to us. Before leaving he sat with me in the car to help sync our phones with the electronics. I would definitely recommend him to anyone buying a car.

Once I was linked up with Michael, the process and

Once I was linked up with Michael, the process and pricing was straight forward. The DMV costs was not inflated and less than other local dealers. Other dealers had errors I found on their price quotes. Nice rebate on the financing process too. I was very pleased with this dealership experience.

Our general experience working with Mike Watson and his

Our general experience working with Mike Watson and his colleagues at Koons Woodbridge Hyundai was very good. Mike and others were friendly and personable, and made efforts to answer questions we had about the car and financing, if they didn't already know the answer. Mike made additional efforts to get us the current year owner's manual set after an apparent mix-up resulted in us getting home with the prior year manual set. One suggestion for process improvement would be that the walkthrough/presentation of the additional Hyundai Protection Plan options and costs should be made before the vehicle price negotiations are finalized. For vehicles, mortgages, and other customarily-financed purchases, many buyers are focusing on an all-in cost and the monthly payment that goes with it, and, though additional Protection Plan packages are optional, it would have been a better process if we had been able to include those option costs in our calculations before we mutually agreed on the vehicle cost.
