Money in hand ready to purchase, setting up time when was told the car was being sold to someone else. I don't think our salesman even knew. Lack of communication even within the dealership.

Sheehy Mazda Service

I had a oil change and transmission check. The work was done quickly. The service lane assistant Alli Smith was very professional.All work was done well.

Just wanted to take a minute to express my complete...

Just wanted to take a minute to express my complete dissatisfaction dealing with Sheehy VW of Hagerstown. My wife and I traveled 2 hours to test drive a VW EOS convertible. Upon driving it we noticed a slight shaking at acceleration. Took car back and told Tim Taylor about it. Tim called Kevin who came down and took it for a drive. He came back said he felt it and would have the service department nook at it on Monday or Tuesday as the day of the test drive was Saturday. Tuesday Tim called and said the car needed new A ARMS and they had too much money in the car and would just sell it at auction. My wife and I made an offer to buy the car and we would get the work done locally. I only offered the price of the car minus the amount to get it repaired. Tim said no they could not do that. Then I started calling. 4 calls to Tim, no reply. 4 calls to Kevin, no reply. Then I called the new car manager. We talked for about 10 minutes. He thought was that because they had so much money in the car that they could repair it and put the repair cost on top of the price of the car. I said no way. The car was already slightly over Kelley Blue Book price. He told me he would get back to me but that they would not sell the car without disclosing the fact that it needed A ARMS. He also told me someone would call me Monday or Tuesday. That was three weeks ago. Another call to Tim and another to Kevin. No response. I have since bought another car. I would not waste my time with any Sheehy dealership again. Car is still for sale. No mention of the A Arm issue. Thanks for reading

Horrible customer experience

My vehicle has been in their shop for close to a month for a repairs and still no word on what’s actually wrong with it. If I don’t email the service advisor I don’t hear anything. The loaner they gave was hit and I am trying to a rental to replace that vehicle since they still have mine and they have been utterly useless. Sent the GM an email lets see if they actually respond.

Great service

Had my car serviced today and as always I was very satisfied with the experience. Jay in service is great and it is always nice to see Mike and the sales staff during the visit, it feels like you are visiting friends. I highly recommend Sharrett VW if you are in the market for a car or need service.

Fahrvergnugen Groovin'

This is our 2nd VW purchased in the last 6 months from Sharrett and it was a hassle-free and professional experience on both occasions. The employees were personal, yet focused and gave us an awesome deal we wouldn't have gotten anywhere else. I would highly recommend them. They do a phenomenal job on every level.

Spoke with internet sales manager several times while...

Spoke with internet sales manager several times while looking for a CPO TDI. I was blown away by my experience and his customer service focus. Although I found what I was looking for elsewhere, I highly recommend the team at Sharrett VW and the level of customer service they offer. As someone who has plenty of poor experiences with dealers and salesmen, my experiences was refreshing and reinstilled my hope in honest and enjoyable sales people to work with still exist. It's hard to find people who are lookin out for more than themselves. Thanks Paul!

I've previously dealt with Sharrett VW twice prior to owning this last VW I just purchased. Sure enough they are still, in my opinion, the best customer service oriented and best priced VW dealership in the tri-state area. I am very grateful for the excellent service, as well as their cooperation on dealing with me on all the cars I've purchased. Keep up the great work, and surely enough I will keep coming back!
