I dropped my car off for an oil change. They did great work. Highly recommend. Michelle is always helpful. Always a pleasure. You won't go wrong taking your car here.

Waited 2 extra hrs. No one informed me my car was done....

Waited 2 extra hrs. No one informed me my car was done. Had to asked if they were completed serving my car.No one shared updates on my car and it's service. Definitely not what I expected and have experienced in the past.

Great and fast service! Really good communication and follow up. I’d recommend taking your vehicle here and receiving a nice video about your multi point inspection as well! Very innovative!

I reached out to this dealership to inquire about a BMW...

I reached out to this dealership to inquire about a BMW 228i Gran Coupe. Rodney and David were very responsive to my questions and didn't mind communicating by email, text, and phone vice having me make a trip into the dealership to get the answers to my questions. Since I was looking for a White exterior color in a specific price range and mileage, I ultimately did not purchase a car from BMW of Owings Mills. However, their efforts suggest this is likely a great dealership to purchase from. So please consider going to see Rodney Berry or David Hess at BMW of Owings Mills. I think they will take care of you given the opportunity.
