Bad experience

We did not have a good experience with Howard at this location. It was clear that anything other than a guarenteed sale was not a priority for him. Ignored our asks and was annoyed when we didn't rush to a decision. Now happy X3 owners from another location.

Valued Customer for over 25 years!

Recently I purchased probably my tenth vehicle from BMW of OwingsMills formally known as Northwest BMW. As always it was an easy transaction. This is why we keep coming back… Everyone is friendly and welcoming they continue to go the extra step to make sure you are happy and satisfied with your purchase. The employees may have changed over the years but the standards and expectations as a customer are still exceptional. From the Sales Department, to the Technicians and the Service department and every where in between you can expect to be treated with professionalism, courtesy and respect. Which is why I would highly recommend BMW of Owings Mills everyday.

Great service at bmw

I was getting some service at the bmw on Owings Mills and this dealership is extremely well organized and the service is great, i to my Bmw X5 there with a lot of problems and came out like new. Mr. Derrick was my service advisor and he was in touch with me the intire time. Great jobs guys.

The negotiation process and the ease of communication was

The negotiation process and the ease of communication was top notch. Jesse, their Sales GM went above and beyond to make sure customer satisfaction was his primary goal. The entire process was done remotely and cars were shipped out to us. Thank you Jesse and BMW of Owings Mills for making it seamlessly efficient transaction.

Excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service. My salesperson listened, and knew exactly what I wanted. He made sure the options that I was interested in were ready for me to look at and test drive. The financing process was top notch and everyone was very thorough. Overall awesome experience with Eric L. and Tanya A.
