Luxury Auto Imports

I found two (2) cars I wanted to test drive. I called to verify hours of operation before heading to the lot, due to COVID concerns. I felt more comfortable... purchasing from a lot rather than a person, as I am a woman. I arrived at the lot around in the afternoon. The office is inside what looks like a small trailer. I was apprehensive about going inside because of COVID concerns. I saw a few people outside looking at cars but no representative. I looked around and peeked inside the office, a man waived me in. I did not want to go inside but it was apparent no one was coming out to greet me. No one in the office had masks on. There were three (3) men inside. Once inside, I asked about test driving. The man behind the desk looked at me as if I was speaking another language. Mind you, no one said hello or can I help you. I repeated my question. He pointed to a sign that said to test drive, one must be pre-qualified. I was paying cash, so I did not need a credit check. Well, he said - open your bank account and show me the balance for the car. Ummmm....NO!!! He then proceeded to tell me that the price listed did not include taxes. The two cars I was looking at - one $11,000 and one $15,000 would actually be $14,000 and $18,00 (with added taxes). I said "so....let me get this straight. I can not look at the car that is for sale, nor test drive - unless I show you my private bank account information and balance for a cash transaction" AND taxes are $3,000 extra???? No thank you!!! He explains that this is due to COVID concerns and disinfecting. BUT, no one in the office had masks on (except for me) and....the ventilation had to horrible inside the tiny trailer. Sure, your main concern is COVID :)

Had an excellent experience with Luxury auto imports. I called ahead of time to make sure the vehicle was still available . I spoke to Yasser on the phone... and he explained the buying process which mad things a little more comfortable. He was not pushy AT ALL which on all honesty is why I mad a decision to purchase that day. Again wonderful to work with and great selection on cars. Cheers

We travelled about 150 miles to purchase a used vehicle we had seen online. Naturally, we had questions and wanted to be pretty sure about the condition... of the vehicle before we made the trip. Yasser was very responsive to our questions and requests. He was also very honest about any imperfections on the vehicle. The photos they placed for the vehicle on their website were very thorough and detailed. My husband and I were very happy with Yasser’s service and our overall purchase.

Horrible. Something is wrong with this car and they could not answer questions. I have friends that own dealerships also. Price too good to be true
