I emailed about a used car they had. I received an email back from a salesperson (Alberto) who sad the car was available. I emailed him back and said that... I'd be in that evening to see it. After a 2 hr drive to this dealer that closes at 7pm I was told the car was "off site" getting serviced. I was finally able to see it the next morning which was completely inconvenient for me. Bottom line, this place sells VERY high ends cars (some over $300k!) and I can't imagine that anything like this would happen .A guy named Casey was fantastic in making the situation right. He got the car the next morning and even offered to bring to my house. It is completely inexcusable that Alberto didn't even bother to get back to me and tell me the car wasn't there. BUT WAIT! IT GET BETTER! Alberto called me the next day and asked "when do you want to come look at the car??" I told him I was already the dealer and that the car was gone. He told me "oh, I was off...but the car is here". Too little too late Alberto. I ended up buying from another dealer.
They should be ashamed of themselves being a large dealer, watch out for these folks. Most of their cars are being sold as (Mechanic Special) I don't... about the rest of the world, but when I am trying to buy a car I want to pay for it and drive it home and not to buy and fix. If that was the case I can save Thousands and buy a car from Auction and then fix it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM!!!!
