Stacy did a great job. No playing around. Got trade info quick and done deal in 2 hrs. I would tell anyone to go see her. And Jeff always does a great job too. I have bought 2 vehicles from them and taking care of both times.No pressure at all there.

Salesman was great, they got in the vehicle i wanted that was at one of their other branches making it easier for me since Criswell of Thurmont was closer. Finance team was clear and easy to deal with

Criswell practices deception in advertising and denies manufacturers incentives without showing why in the terms. The advertisement showed money off the sticker final MSRP which clearly included destination charge. The add said the discount is off full MSRP nearly 5000 dollars. Then the dealer tried taking destination charge off the discount which reduced the discount by almost 2000 dollars. They also denied a 2000 dollar factory incentive but refused to sho in the terms why I didn’t qualify. Furthermore the dealer put a bunch of add on dealer installed low quality high retail price items which further eroded the advertised price. I drove hours to get to this dealer just to find out the advertised price it’s a sham just to get people on the lot.

Good selection of vehicles. Salesman monitored incoming vehicles and informed us when vehicle was on the lot. Transaction process was better than most of the other dealers we've dealt with over the many years of purchasing vehicles. Would definitely utilize again

Stacy is a very personable person and Criswell is lucky to have her. Moreover, she definitely knows how to do her job and she is very good at it. I never felt like I wasn't getting what I needed or waiting unnecessarily. She was very patient when I had to deal with my bank for the financial transfer and never made me feel rushed, even when I had to take a phone call in the parking lot. Stacy and Criswell were very professional, fair and honest.
