    After being approved for financing and getting all of my paper work together i was told by Ali to come pick up my car the next day . i Called countless... times to reach him to see what time is best no answer . i Then text him no answer after a couple of times he finally answered and apologized said he was with his wife .I told him i would be there in the morning to pick up the car he said that it was fine the car would be waiting , The same morning when i was to pick up the car i got a text from Him telling me that the car was sold sorry and if he can help in the future he would . after all the inquires on my credit and faxing him the paper work you would have thought he would have had the Decency to hold the car .also by me being in the Military he would have some honor to the men and women fight for this country so that we can have a Car express . I would Advise no one in the military to buy from this Con Man also the Military Discount is a Scam Buy at your own will.

    On October 30 2018 I purchased a 2007 Hummer H3 for approximately $12K. It had 140,066 miles. It was sold to me as is, so I asked the dealer about the... transmission because I've had a Hummer before. He stated that the transmission was recently repaired and that it was covered by a warranty. As I am sitting at his desk handing him the check for the vehicle he emails me the warranty paperwork. Fast forward about 1800 miles and 45 days later, the transmission goes out as I am driving. It will not engage into reverse, neutral, drive, low 1 or 2. Its about 8pm so I call for a tow truck and text the CarXpress salesman that sold me the vehicle. I ask him to send me the warranty information again for the warranty for the transmission and he says ok. A day goes by and I have not received an email about the warranty. On the second day I go through my emails to find the warranty information that was sent to me initially while at the dealership by the salesman Ali. I call the warranty company and give them my VIN and they stated they don't have that vehicle as covered. I text the dealership again, tell him what the warranty company said. The salesman, Ali, then states that was the wrong warranty and that he will send me the correct one. I never received any other information regarding a warranty. Therefore I am stuck with repairing this vehicle on my own and I've barely made the second payment. My advice, if for some reason you are desperate and have to purchase a car from CarXpress, have it checked by a mechanic first, and if they state there is a warranty, verify it before you give them a dime. Call the company!

    CarXpress exceeded my expectations. I dealt with Ali, he was very honest and up front. He kept his word, the things that he said that he would , he did.... I plan to return there if I am ever in need of another car. Thank You.
