Purchased our 2024 Dodge Hornet R/T from Dennis Burton at Antwerpen. They were extremely fair on our trade and there was no back and forth at all. Brenda in Finance was very thorough and got us an excellent protection package.

They didn’t call to let me know that the car wasn’t
They didn’t call to let me know that the car wasn’t ready. When I went to retrieve the car next day, they couldn’t find it nor any record of it being there. 40 minutes passed before the located my car. When the returned the car to me, they had found $3300 of Work that needed to be done but they did not complete the 2 recalls they were supposed to be doing.

Jeep Compass 2018 - 33,000 Maintenance
The person who was assigned to me did a great job. I left my wallet at home and she went extra mile to arrange for a shuttle to take me home and back to finalize the work. Great job!

While I understand that the dealer has no control over
While I understand that the dealer has no control over parts, It took 9 days to receive the parts I needed. To make things worse, the communications were lacking. We needed to call the service department several times to get status…furthermore, a rental car, which was covered by my Jeep service agreement was not available until the second day after taking my car in. This did me no good since I needed to go to work after dropping my car off. This is unacceptable and this will effect my choice of dealer and brand the next time I buy a car..I do not want to hear from the dealer, only from a Stellantis rep.
