I had body work done on my car it was great but I did have an annoying rattle that was new. I had a few minutes to spare and I stopped into the body repair,... spoke to Anna, to explain the problem fully expecting to make an appointment. Instead Anna said let’s go for a ride. She heard the rattle and deduced it was coming from the rocker panel. Anna had me drop the car off in front of the body shop. It was repaired in less than 15 minutes and I’m talking about the whole process. That was professional excellent service! Thank you

Recently bought a used car from here. Had an excellent experience with the sales staff and felt very comfortable with the quality of the cars on the lot.... However, the finance manager was a total bulldog and acted very unprofessionally; he scoffed and laughed at me several times as I attempted to determine the finance plan and down payment that would suit me best. There were other people present with me and the finance manager did not have any interest in cooperating with us in a professional manner. We were talked over, scoffed at, and declined assistance in necessary aspects of the deal. We were shocked at this part of the car buying experience, given the incredible experience we had with the sales staff. However, I am highly satisfied with my vehicle. Bottom line: yes, I recommend doing business here, but work out the finances as much as you can before meeting with the finance manager, and I would recommend having someone else with you. If I was alone, I know he would have bulldozed me into a payment situation that would have been much less than ideal for me.

We leased our 2016 GMC Acadia in January, with excellent help from Jason Snead and all the New Car staff. In March we notice a problem with the rear taillight... assembly, it was full of condensation that covered the entire lens. When we notified Jason, he had Service take photos and forward them to GM. Gm decided that the problem was NOT a warranty issue, but with the help from Jason and the New Car Dept the issue was resolved at no cost to us. Thank you very much!

MECHANIC(S) WILL TAKE YOUR VEHICLE ON BEACH FOR FUN WITH THEIR FAMILY. So, I bought my truck there, which it is really nice and kinda hard to find. The... salesman (chris) was pretty laid back, cool, and easy to talk to. Had little trouble financing, but they worked to find someone to finanace, and at a better rate then i thought i would get. Great. 3 days later, have been noticing a ticking noise under the hood... not good. Take it back, they say ok, we will look at, and then gave me a loaner.... wow, couldnt ask for more.... except, why didnt anyone else hear that when THEY purchased the truck. I bought it on one of those super super windy days, so i could only visually inspect. Anyway... 3 weeks later (and a couple days) i get it back.... wow. This thing is disgustingly dirty INSIDE. The driver side... the passenger side... AND the back seats... floor and seats themselves. Sand, dirt, HAIR... about 4-5 inch dark thin curly hair. I have shaved hair as well as my son... which is only people ever in that truck. I look in the back... too which i locked both tail gate and bed slider BEFORE i dropped it off, and both were unlocked upon retrieving...the motor is under the hood... not the bed. Truck has full leather interior with salt water stains running down the seats in the back now. Look underneath... bolts aren't in all the way because crossthreaded so when wind catches it... yup... gone. I was sooo happy to get this truck... and their mechanics took it for family fun for the weekend or whatever.... and then, did ... very bad (trying to refrain) work. I bought a very nice truck, and because i had to have warranty work done on it.... they thought it was their 4 wheel drive loaner vehicle. I am BEYOND mad. How would u feel to get and see that. Update... looked under hood and plastic positive terminal cover is busted completely off.... and where i thought battery cover..... gone. Have about a billion pictures of everything, but cant show here. SOOO mad. This is my personal vehicle i spent so much money on to drive my woman and our kids around in.... and these people took it (without permission... from me anyway) to beat up, wreck the interior.... and do whatever they wanted. How is that ok???
My husband and I were truly amazed with the customer service, integrity and knowledge of the vehicle by our sales associate , Rob Fowler. We were impressed... at the honest and friendly manner we were shown by all employees. The sales manager Rick and finacial manager Kim truly made the car buying experience a pleasure. THANK YOU! Every time I have had my truck serviced it had to go back for missed things or more repairs in the same catagory. This time may or may not have been caused... by first repair.
